As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Cash of RM50 will be collected upon check-in as a room deposit. Penalty of RM50 will be charged if found smoking inside the hotel premises. Please be informed that hotel's Fitness Centre is currently undergoing renovation. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Pi. When we arrived for check-in, there were so many guests that I had to queue. But the staff was very friendly. The room we got is kind of small with an old air conditioner and fan. But turns out the air conditioner still works really well. The room is clean as well, comfy enough to sleep for one night.

This hotel is suitable for single or couple travelers, not suitable for those with kids. The danger is that the window does not have a grill and is easy to open. Small room space, not expecting that. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is near KFC, so if we feel hungry at midnight, we can go to KFC. Hotel have a guide kiblat for Muslims prayer. Good room.

Even though it’s a small hotel but it comes with spacious and free parking. Location: ideal, easy to access to town. Parking: spacious and free. Additional star for iron room and water station in front of lift.
