It was great. I had great assistance from Puan Lisa Leang the housekeeper and the Duty Manager Mr Lim. It was good. I stayed at room 2004. it had great views. Accommodation was super.

It was a very pleasant stay. We went in earlier before check-in time, and the staff let us to enter earlier as they have available room. We had a blackout suddenly and called the front desk, it was fixed within 5minutes, very efficient. The location is very strategic, easy to get around. The view from room was spectacular too, we get to see both the twin tower and Kuala Lumpur tower. We had breakfast in the hotel too, it was okay, food variety is similar everyday. Will definitely choose to stay in again.

Second time staying here. Cleanliness was top notch. Location was fantastic, right next to shopping centre. Having a location at the heart of the town means getting elsewhere is a pain. Traffic, from get go, was bad.

What makes it uncomfortable is about cleaning the room. Not yet press the cleaning button but employees can enter without permission. It was a shame because it disturbed our comfort because the suitcases and several other items were still not neat. The glasses and spoons that had been used were not replaced, they were just put in their original place because when I wanted to use them, I held the glass, it was sticky and there were spots from yesterday 's drinking. Please consider again for customers comfort and safety. Because when I talked to the front desk, they just said it was normal and that they could enter without pressing the button. Overall is good for me. Thank you and stay healty.

The location is walkable from MRT station, the pavilion mall, chee meng hainan and the viral beef bread in Kuala Lumpur. This hotel are quite old but well mantain and clean.

Really had a great stay in royal kualalumpur. Granted my Request for having room with a great view and high floor, but unfortunately we got the connecting room 🥹. Overall was nice hotel nice. Location is d best:) thank you ☺️

Friendly staff. Breakfast variety not that much but satisfactory. Good for families with strollers, wheelchairs and bulky luggages because of the slope provided at the entrance to the lobby.
