Very nice hotel. Located very near to KLCC park. Just before the aquaria KLCC. The room is big enough and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The view from the windows is directly ahead to the twin towers. The restaurant services well and has a nice taste food. All tools and room are clean and the respond of hotel officer is very fast.

Great hotel. Service is 5 star. We booked the club room and were not disappointed. Free upgrade to a room with a view of the towers. The afternoon tea buffet and evening cocktails and buffet were excellent. They even provided gluten free bread for breakfast! Pool at night was lovely. We had cocktails at Cedar on 15. Very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

The hotel selected was perfect. Very near to my event venue KLCC. It was just 7 mins walk from the hotel (with my heels 😄). Great place for staycation and a pitstop for a shopping trip and unwind. Will definitely go there again.

The location convenient, there are a few areas that need improvement. The cleanliness of the room could be better. Noticed that certain area - the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned, dust on the cabinet etc not cleaned enough. The room felt quite dim and lacked sufficient lighting.

1. The parking area is narrow with some guest vehicles parked at the ramp going up and down the floors. It's dangerous and if you drive a mid or big-size vehicle you will have a problem maneuvering. 2. Soundproofing in rooms can be improved, can still hear guest talking in their rooms. 3. The TVs used are of old quality/size, a quarter of current average TV size at home, and the resolution is so bad I had to switch it off during my stay as it affected my astigmatism. 4. During morning breakfast, a particular lady staff (in suits) was not friendly at all when asked if there was a table for 2 available, she said 'none' and didn't even offer us to wait while they cleared used tables. 5. There is only 4 to 5 staff mending the breakfast area and many tables are left not cleared for some time. 6. The way the breakfast area was set up was a bit discomfort, first of all, it's a 3-tiered area. Juices and egg stations are located on the lowest tier, you will have to climb a few stairs to go to 2nd tier to sit and then climb another few stairs to the food areas. Imagine senior guests or Muslim ladies in jubah with both hands holding glasses of juice and plates had to climb the stairs to go to their table. Although the hotel is very close to the convention center or another popular mall, for the price that we had to pay, the services are not equal. However, the front office staff, Ms. Nurul did a good job assisting us during check-in. Well done to her.

The staffs were friendly and accomodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. The room was a bit small but its OK. The hot water in the shower was not stable. The water would became scalding hot and theb would turn to cold water in a split second. Had a one night stay since the hotel is nearby a concert held at the plenary hall. The connecting bridge directly from hotel to the plenary hall/aquaria/train station/convention centre is the best.

1. The perfect place to stay if you have few days meeting or conference at KLCC. 2. Best valued for Club Room. Less than RM500/night with Breakfast, Tea Time & Supper. 3. Unlimited latte 😋, other coffee, tea and soft drinks. 4. The choice of meals need to be improved especially for breakfast. Teatime dessert not that nice. 5. The whipped cream is not stored at a cold place and place in room temperature daily for about 3-4 hours. It was a good laxative 😆. 6. We also watched midnight movie at tgv klcc, and we had to walk outside to reached back to hotel about 5-10 minutes. 7. Parking needs skill as for all the parking lots in Kuala Lumpur. But parking spaces availability is quite okay. 8. The room seems like was not used for some time or not properly cleaned prior? 9. But the pillows, bed were comfortable. 10. Curtains unable to be closed fully. 🙃.

Hotel is just walking distance from KLCC. Very convenient to stay here as every attraction is just nearby. Price of the rooms in this hotel is reasonable. Breakfast was good and the chauffeurs are very helpful. Definitely will stay here again if I need to stay in Kuala Lumpur city centre.

I booked for Deluxe King Room with view (request for high floor). The not-so friendly woman receptionist upgraded the room to Executive Suite without any confirmation. It 's not the room that becomes problem, but the room has no view. It 's on 5th floor and all I can see from my room 's window is another building 's window. I want my room as I requested, I don't need any upgrade whatsoever.
