One of the best hotels I stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and they’re was so friendly. The room was so comfy and clean, the bathroom as well. Amazing place with a city view. Best location, just 7 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang street. I love it and I’ll definitely come back again.

The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly, especially the gentleman who helped carry my suitcase. He was very friendly, polite, and professional.

The location was perfect, the staff friendly. Nice one if you want to stay near bukit bintang but you need to sleep well.

It very comfortable, near access to everywhere. Not in a really downtown but very near from that. So you can enjoy city view with calm atmosphere. Nice one to stay

Hotel is pretty strategic and near some malls or shopping centre. Staffs were pretty kind and helpful, especially the lobby guard. Overall are not bad, only got a bit annoyed by the aircon's sounds and the neighbour.

The staffs are helpful. They have iron for us to use, we can keep our luggages before check-in / after check-out, it's close to pavilion & trx really convinient. Also, we can check in early if rooms are available. If you want to check out late you need to pay myr 50 (you can check out later at 1pm with no additional fee but if you pay you can check out at 3pm)

The staffs were friendly and helpful! I did a late check-in due my delayed flight at around 2 am, but the reception still eagerly helps me. The hotel itself a walking distance to Pavilion (took around 5-8 mins walk) and 15 mins walk to Alor Street or Bukit Bintang. The room was clean, comfy, comfortable, a little tight in space but since I was staying alone that won’t cause any problem. They clean the room every 2 days. Provide hairdryer (nice), I love the bathroom. The thing is, the wall a little bit too thin? I can hear the TV from the room next door. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely comes back when I visit KL in the future.

The room was so nice and clean . All amenities are complete. Breakfast was so bad . Less variety. Only got nasi lemak, mee sup, bubur and cereal. Staff slow topup the food . Wait until guest ask for meal then only the staff topup the food. Parking also not make sense. Hopefully the management can so do something for improvement.
