Legoland Malaysia Hotel is definitely our family's new favorite spot for holiday... Awesome!!! We love everything in the hotel😻 Since we enter the hotel lobby, we have been impressed by the unique design interior in every spot. Kids are never bored in this hotel, legos (small & giant) & games (video game area & qbox game) for kids are everywhere. The room is spacious, clean, and enchanting! Musics also everywhere, including in the elevator that made my sons dancing whenever entering the elevator. It feels like we were entering a new world when staying at Legoland hotel 😻 The different themes for the room make us want go back to Legoland Hotel Johor in the near future to experience other rooms.. My Son had requested to stay at NinjaGo Zayn🙈Impressive

This place is just step away from legoland. The room is huge even for studio. There is a supermarket just open at the day we arrive and help us a lot to buy ingredients so we can cook at the apartment. Really recommended to stay in here.Impressive

The area is quiet but the hotel is new and clean. We are satisfied with the lobby (legos for children, fast check in process), the room (spacious and nice view), the pool and especially the breakfast (many choices). They have shuttle bus service to and back Legoland/Puteri Harbour at appointed time. Will recommend Ramada to friends for sure. Great staying experience.Impressive

Amazing 2 nights stay in the family suite. Hotel room is very new, clean and the bed is amazingly comfortable and good quality. There's a sofa bed in their family suite as well to utilise. TV has the capability to cast from phone which is useful for me to put up some cartoon for my boy. The Big Box mall is just below the hotel with a few restaurants, entertainment and shopping for convenience.
Hotel is near legoland as well, just a short ride away. But we had a hard time getting a grab on a Saturday morning to legoland, so ended up had to drive there instead.
Service staff is amazing, special shutout to relations manager Vivienne who display warm and professional services at the check in counter.
Also, service excellence to the manager that handled the queue during breakfast in the restaurant on 5th March. Even though the queue is really long on the Sunday morning 9am+, he displayed fairness to the guests by explaining to the one of the behind guests that they cannot beat the queue to join their friends' table in the restaurant when their friends were almost done with their breakfast.
Hotel maybe can explore the option of providing in room breakfast service to avoid long queue during weekend peak morning. Also considering provided child stool for toilet sink area to attract families into the hotel as my boy says that he enjoyed this hotel more than the one in the attraction park.Impressive

I have no idea I booked and paid in traveloka, but hotel unable to trace the booking number. Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Push all the wrong to us … blame us for booking through traveloka. After all the argument, they find out that the booking transfer to trip. Com … but tell us there is no room available? How can this happen? I already paid and voucher received! Please give an explanation! Really feel so disappointed!

Room was great. I don't like the breakfast at all. The day I checked in, there was thunderstorm. And we don't have anywhere else to go. Asked counter to check in a bit early. But she didn't even consider to check is there any room available. Put us away just like that. It was a very frustrating experience. Didn't mind if no room. But atleast check first. Travelling with kids also.

The hotel is nice but a bit far from the city. Located between Johor Bahru City center and Legoland. If you want to have a proper dinner or buy some stuff, you'll need to take a taxi to the city. The cleanness dan service are great.

Holi 1Medini Themed Suites, Legoland
Staying there with a family of 12 consisting of 7 adults and 5 kids. Overall, we were really happy with our stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the self-check-in was easy and clear. It might be helpful to add some small amenities like tissues (besides toilet paper), and a microwave for warming food would be super handy for travelers. But overall, we have no issues while staying there. Thank you for your hospitality. 👍.
