We really like the location of this hotel which is near to Pasar Seni LRT station and Bus terminal. In addition, this hotel has also a quick and simple checking in process. If you bring family along with you, this hotel might be a good choice since there are a lot of convenience stores nearby. I personally give 4 stars for this hotel. Thanks a lot.

I have a good time staying here for 2 nights. What I love the most is the location, very strategic to public transportation, central market, chinatown, masjid jamek, and many great spots. Can get to Bukit bintang easily by MRT near the hotel, very convenient. The minus might be its not really soundproof, so you can still hear noise from other room.

Room is clean, staff friendly, hotel near from bus top hub pasar seni - bukit bintang, near to chinatown, pasar seni, merdeka walk, indian street and near to MRT and LRT pasar seni, this hotel very recommended

The other guest is very noisy, kids yelling and someone talk on the phone with yelling, I can hear her voice from my room, they don't understand that this is hotel? They don't have attitude how to stay at the hotel, so I prefer to move the other hotel close by this hotel (travelodge) this hotel not suit to someone who cannot sleep with noisy voice, even you tell the front office also useless, maybe this what you pay is what you get, but even cheap also have other hotel near with got service and not noisy, pity on that day the hotel is full so I move lavana, I regret to stay here, will not comeback again.

The hotel staff so bad. Before we arrived the hotel we informed the hotel about our late night arrival. When we arrived at the hotel it was closed. Even the phone Noumber is not working. How ever we wait out side till morning. The staff who is working in this hotel even don't know how to the customers. Maybe the hotel didn't pay them salary many month ' s.
