We were given 1Bedroom Suite ground floor with the water park view. Bonus King size bed and RM20 food voucher. Room was clean and water heater worked well. House keeping, cafe and reception staff were helpful. Love the roti canai, teh tarik and croissants. The beach was clean and a lot of water activities offered at package price. Ideal for family vacation and getaway for a day or two.

The one bedroom apartment (studio type) the staircase one specifically can hear cracking sound when we step on it. Dangerous. Upstairs bathroom water piling up Infront the mirror area can't stand there. Balcony sliding door really hard to slide open and shut. Waterpark area limited time 3-6pm the adult water slide. Can at least add 30mins extra as nowadays so sunny can't go there by 5pm! How suppose to go 3pm? Shuttle service should be more as going everywhere is so far. Hopefully you guys will read this and take action and maintain the quality.

Hard to find a bad thing in this accommodation. Anyway, I stayed here for one night. Room is spacious. If I want to complaint one thing, I would say the air conditioning just below the window and curtains somehow not the best location.

Pro: well maintained resort, ample parking, clean spacious room, great staff, clean beach. Cons: 1) wifi not working at all 2) you are not allowed to enter pool without a wristband? You have to buy theme park tickets for pool access. Such a disappointment to me, as my room was facing pool, and I can't use the facility? Totally not expecting this 🙃 as we all an adult traveler, and not into theme park thingy, the pool would be more relevant to us. Thing's that I enjoy is the clean beach, helpful staff, and buggy ride.

Need to buy tickets for the water park at RM25 each. Heard is it free if you bought the breakfast buffet. If you like free bed jumping, you can try book H507 @4.45am.

I bought a room without breakfast, and once I reach there, I bought another 2 extra beds with breakfast. On the next morning, they counter picture don't allow us to come in for breakfast. Then I asked them to check after few walking up and down then mentioned explained to the counter picture then only allow us to come in.
