Responded to all my requests, early check-in at near 2 pm & late check-out at 1 pm. Friendly & helpful hotel staffs. Facilities & Amenities were great too! Not much guests during our stay time hence we can enjoy the swimming pool by ourselves. However, some of the swimming pool tiles have cracked so need to be careful, my husband was injured by the pool tiles accidentally. The only downside was the buffet breakfast, not much varieties & taste was also so-so compared to my previous visit on the weekend. Overall we enjoyed our time here, it was really worth it if the room is on promotion!

I accidentally booked twin room so upon checking, I asked if a king room is available - the receptionist was kind enough to arrange it for me and my two little girls. M resort was wonderful as always, we had a great time there, as always too!

bf there are many choices & delicious.. I'm a bit disappointed, there are items left over but the hotel doesn't have a col to tell me.. I went out for 2 days only to notice the clothes left.. the hotel called & told the housekeeping department to check & ckp there was no left over.. The husband's shirt that he still wears, I want to check it in, so it's very strange that the hotel doesn't have the shirt and my husband remembers that it's stuck in the closet

A top notch resort. Lucky for us to get early check in to fully utilised their facilities. Breakfast was awesome with Japanese option! Had wonderful time there with our 1 year old baby for his belated birthday celebration.

Suitable for family … because of too many kids around … I didn't quite enjoy my stay as the pool was too crowded. Yes I checked in on Sat. So it 's expected to be crowded.

No staff welcome or open the entrance door upon arrival. My hands were full, nobody open the door or greet. The door was very heavy to push open. Checked into the room to only found out water pressure was very low during shower (stay during water disruption in Selangor). Checked into this hotel when they mentioned they were not affected. Went through multiple calls, wait, engineer came to check, and room change (about an hour for all these & it was quite late already). Where I've to pack again for a room change. Finally came to check out day (Day 3), only see more staff in the morning session to greet, to open the door at the lobby. So my guess is there 's lesser staff on duty in the evening. Take note carpark is an open space, so do bring an umbrella with you.

The block view means that you are staring at another building 's wall. I was in room 252, and it was a major disappointment to only see a blank wall. The pool was crowded as it was over the long weekend. The buffet spread could be improved; Some food was cold when it was supposed to be hot. The check-in took about 45 minutes as there were only two people attending the counter. They later increased it to four people, which helped.

Everything is great except the the soundproof in the room, we can even hearing the sound and the smoking smoke can smell in the room. And of course the facilities time is very limited as the kids club close at 12pm for sanitising. And close at 7pm at night. But is poor if the children don't use it yet since check in time. Should be allow the children use the facility if the guest already check out not limits on the check in time only.

Your hotel and facilities are ' five star '. In fact, I am impressed with the overall feel of a resort stay. However, I cannot say the same for your human resources and the level of service rendered, whether it is your reception, concierge services or your housekeeping. There were no friendly faces around, the lack of training in the staffs are obvious. I was most disappointed with the housekeeping staff who sent up the tissue I requested. He was practically annoyed for that particular task! I would still give it a try in near future but unless I see improvements I would not return again. Thanks.

😉👍 Exactly. Nice place good hospitalty but the need to work on the Golf club staff because if someone is not a member of the Golf club will not go in the flds area please work on that because I want to start training how to play golf sorry for any inconveniences statement 🙏.
