Beside room cleaning service, the others were so fine. Room was not cleaned until we arrive after sightseeing around the city about 3 pm. The cleaner directly did the cleaning after we asked to, but because we need it for resting, he just touched up and gave new towels and refill the drinking water. We recommend this hotel for those who need lower price and good location. A place that you need to feel.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, very close to the main city station, namely Kuala Lumpur sentral, but when I stayed overnight I got a room that faced the road so that the noise on the street could be heard in the room because the walls of the room were not soundproof.

Excellent location, decent hotel for the price. We were out most of the day, so we just needed clean beds to sleep and bathroom which work. This hotel was great on both counts. Will definitely come back again.

+ Very near nu mall and Kuala Lumpur sentral fast walking around 3 min.+ safety box good.+ no disruption train sound.+ water heater good.+ air cond good.+ lighting good.+ clean.- only give one key card.- bring your own tooth paste and brush.- bring your own sandal room.- room is so small for 3 person. Not enough for big baggage.- old building.- mini cold storage/kulkas off cause electricity source off. So it.- sound from outside somethime noisy.- no variety food around.

Lokasi dekat Kuala Lumpur sentral jadi mau kemana2 gampang … banyak restoran di sekitar hotel cari makan bnyk pilihan … klo ke Kuala Lumpur budget minim saya rekomendasikan hotel ini. Hati2 ketuker dgn hotel myhotel@KLsentral krn ini berbeda … yg myhotel @sentral ini ada diujung jalan.

There's price for quality. You paid for what you got. Never expect low price for 5 star hotel. Comfortable for me as adventures. Near to Kuala Lumpur sentral and easy to access from it
