Clean and spacious room. Located at prime area but come with very affordable price. Nice facilities including large pool, kids pool, playground, 24 hours gymnasium & laundry. Breakfast spread is good. They even bake their croissant and danish freshly on the spot. Overall we had a very pleasant stay there. Recommended.

Everything about the booking was so convenient and easy. Just come to the receptionist and they will help you through check in process, no extra hidden money to be paid. I was staying 4 days in the 2BR suites. The whole unit is so spacious and everything went well. The only thing that need to be upgrade is the lift. I’m staying there when it was a peak season, it was only 3 out of 5 lift were ok, plus 2 additional lift for staff that we can also use. Lifts were so busy on breakfast time and check-in time, beside that all was ok. Some locals tell me the the lift was broken for so long. Overall every tourist spots and LRT were in a walkable distance. The breakfast buffet is quite good, especially the croissant. Overall, I’m enjoying stay here, and will be staying here again if got any chance.

Good stay around KLCC. Good service and fast response. Breakfast was good but the dinner not that good. I have ordered mix tomyam but not suits my taste. Sweet and not balance between spicy, sour. Sometimes salty. I believe chef taste more to salty even few dish of breakfast also salty.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The hotel itself boasts a charming atmosphere, and the rooms are tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The amenities provided were excellent, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay. The hotel 's central location also made it easy to explore the surrounding areas and access local attractions. One suggestion I would like to make for future improvements is the inclusion of digital TV with access to a variety of viewing options. While my overall experience was fantastic, having an upgraded entertainment system would certainly enhance the in-room experience. I believe it would add a modern touch to the hotel 's offerings and provide guests with more entertainment choices during their downtime.

The hotel is clean and strategically located, easy to go anywhere - KLCC center. I have come on holiday twice, at that hotel. Only now, toothbrushes are no longer provided. So, don't forget to bring it.
