I would definitely come back ! The apartment was in a great condition and clean. The price was reasonable and worth every penny! Spacious room, so-so facilities. Best location! There are many halal restaurants that are open 24 hours. Close to malls, Anjung Kinabalu, craft markets and really in the city center with all its conveniences. The receptionist is quite helpful

Everything was okay but I would like to suggest to hotel management about quiteness around the hotel. I often wake up during my sleep in the midnight by people stayed around the hotel. Maybe can put signboard not to make noise from 10pm onwards. The kids running and shouting all nights

Experience staying here for 6 days. Clean rooms and fast response from management if there is damage. Finding food was easy, because I didn't take one that included breakfast. The surrounding environment is a bit less clean due to joining forces with other parties. Overall not bad. Thank you PSA.

Early check in, because my room had not ready yet. So they offer me another room, but it was so oldies furniture. Even though the bath room was clean and hot water function well. The staff is friendly. The good one is strategic location, surrounded by shopping center, and near jesselton poin, Philipine market, fish market, etc. Easy to reach from airport, about myr 10 by grab car.

Pro: Good location. The room is very spacious. The price is worth it. Friendly staff. In the beginning get a room with air conditioning problems. The staff changed to a nearby room. Con: The air conditioner is not suitable for the size of the room. Annoying wooden floor, noise when stepped on. Paid parking. No interesting sights.

The room is too big spacious. They actyally can build a few room inside this apartment. Air conditioner only one in this big room, so the air a bit stuffy and not really feels the air conditioner.

Staff very friendly. Room kind of hard to find. Walkways kind of packed and only 1 person with luggage can use 1 at a time. Lighting in the room kind of yellowish. Loud noises of airplanes during night. Easy to find food. Affordable stay. Thnks a bunch!

Too bad, the environment not nice, very noisy, can't sleep well because the kids running upstairs every night. I think its not suitable for staying & overnight there. Sincerely not comfortable. My friend say that room before this is a store too keep old files.
