Room and bed are quite big. Green and very peaceful. Cold at night, so you don't need to turn on the AC. They also have a shuttle bus from the hotel to Awana bus terminal/cable car/GPO.

the hotel room is quite spacious for 3 people, but unfortunately the air conditioner in the room is not working, there is only a ceiling fan. we got a room with a beautiful view of the golf course, we can sit on the terrace of the room while enjoying nature. the check-in process is easy, and we can immediately get a room even though it is not check-in time. to GPO there is a shuttle bus that runs every hour, but you have to wait and queue (maybe because it is the holiday season, so there are many people).

The location is great, close to everywhere. There is a free bus to the Avani outlet to the casino. Grab is only RM12.

Great place, just needs the Wi-Fi to be more stable.

The hotel is family friendly with a variety of play areas.

The hotel (resort) looks a bit old, but the lobby is very spacious. The room itself is also spacious with a large bed. Didn't get to try the resort's breakfast.

friendly hotel staff. even though we checked in at 2 am but still served friendly and fast, spacious room with 2 queen size beds can accommodate 2 people, very clean room conditions are exactly the same as we stayed in 2015, many activities for children in the hotel, swimming pool with clean warm water there is a free bus every hour for us to go to brands outlet / cable car station to first world, in 2015 this bus took us to fistworld mall but now only to brands outlet. thank you awana resort we are very satisfied there.

the place is very comfortable. the room is spacious and clean the bed is wide pin just a shame yesterday we got a room where 1 wardrobe door didn't work. for the bathroom is comfortable. clean.. free drinking water revil. so you don't have to bother looking for drinking water comfortable to go to genting. free shuttle bus is provided to the cable car station at the premium outlet next time if you go to genting again I want to stay again at awana.. and the view is really like above the clouds... that's why it's called Awana...

Hotel is very good, spacious room, good customer service as well. The only drawback is just the aircon in my room doesn't work properly.

The hotel services is great. Cleanliness for the room is awesome, but the bathroom, is little bit lickings in the sink. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious and price is fair. The location to Genting Highland quite far, has to took a bus and car cable, vise and versa.

In the parking area across from the Hotel Lobby, there is a Minimarket that is open from 7 am to 10 pm. Very useful if you want a snack or sweet drink at night The standard hotel room is very spacious (33m²) & enough for 4 people (parents + 2 children). In the morning it will be very foggy, especially in the rainy season. So you will understand why it is called "Awana", because it really is like staying in the clouds. There are only a few points that must be considered & considered if you stay here: 1. Because the surrounding environment is still a natural forest, there are many active insects that approach the lighted area at night. Including the balcony and hotel room. So when it gets dark, it is better to close the windows & balcony doors tightly. Tomorrow morning around 7 am it will be opened again to enjoy the incredibly fresh mountain air. If you are lucky, you can meet mountain monkeys who sometimes enter the hotel garden & swimming pool area to look for food. Please remember, they are wild animals. So it is better not to be too friendly or too close. We don't know if they are aggressive or not. 2. If you get a room in the Tower Room, please remember that the floor covering here is "a bit" too thin to feel private. So if you move your chair, run around, jump around or scream in the room, it will definitely be heard in the room below. Be a dignified resident & maintain peace if you get a room in the Tower 😁 3. Sorry to say, Room Service here cannot be relied on too much. There have been many reviews that say so & I proved it myself, it's true 😁 As a Complimentary, in the room there are 2 large Jugs of Refill Drinking Water. I stayed with 4 people, the next morning the water was all gone. So I put up a "clean room" sign & asked for a refill. When I went back that night, the room was neat & clean. Of the 2 Jugs, only one was fully refilled. The other one was half refilled 😁 Because I already knew from previous reviews, so I had no problem. If you are missing something, just buy it at the minimarket across the lobby.

Check in fast, front office very good, house keeping very fast response, room very spacious with good view, I fully recommended this awana resort hotel. Keep The Good Work 👍👍👍

Okay and comfortable in the critical area close to GPO

The room is clean and spacious, the facilities are complete and the kids love swimming in the hotel. The staff is very informative and helpful. When checking in, we were given cookies and they turned out to be really delicious. Overall, this hotel is very suitable for families and it's a shame we could only stay one night because the hotel was fully booked.
