The hotel check-in process is fast. You can self-check in or go through the front desk. The rooms are clean, spacious and child-friendly. The hotel location is close to skyworld mall.

Beautiful view, impressive. The room's are unique, for children it's a cool room. Hower, to reach the beautiful view rooms and more spacious one, you need to walk a bit like 5 - 10 minutes. Even the hotel crew use the the segway. Sometimes you need to transfer 2 lift from the lobby. Quite expensive for the hotel that don't offer much facilities. No breakfast, no fitness rooms, basically it's just room only and the only benefit is if you want to go to the Skyworld, it's right across the hotel. The concierge crew doesn't help much, so from the car's drop off, there's stairs and you need to bring all your luggage to the lobby by yourself. The concierge just do nothing and only offer you a smile. The reception's table shape like circle, so all the customers just gather around that table and the reception's crew doesn't even know which on come up first and there's no que. Even though the corridor using carpet, yet the noise at night so noisy from other rooms. Not soundproof.
