I was shocked to be given a corner room, passing through property, when I entered it smelled of cigarettes, I changed rooms but I saw the AC was above the bed. This hotel is very budget. The path between rooms is very small. I canceled, my money can't be returned. Accept it rather than not being able to sleep.

It's convenient for me to stay at this hotel when outstation nearby this area. The hotel is next to the lrt station, within 10minutes walking distance.

The worst accommodation I've been dealing with hotels in Malaysia. Air condition is damaged, when it comes to employees, they do not mind and I and my family in the same room and night are forced to check out. I was staying at 601 tgkt 6. broken stairs from 1st to 6th place. I was forced to go upstairs from 1st to 6th floor. Trying to stay away from me and I was very disappointed with the service and service of this hotel. I apologize for this comment but say I am very disappointed with the extra attitude of this hotel employee.

Water heater dripping non stop, very disturbing cannot sleep well. Aircond not cold. Body soup not provided and the room condition also a bit run down. Need more improvement. Counter staff also not friendly and slow motion in carrying out their duty. Room deposit insisted to pay cash, cannot use credit cards, what a rubbish excuses.

For the first time it was not fun, but for the second time I got a clean room, the AC didn't leak even though it was not cold. Only toothpaste is not provided. So we have to bring our own toothpaste, the service is quite friendly, the price is also cheap.

Price are cheaper but unsatisfied with the room. I'm very sure the staff aware with the condition of the air conditioning unit that leaks because they already put a towel under the airconditioner unit but they still put me in that room.
