How to go to St. Giles Boulevard from Airport

Arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and wondering about the best way to get to St. Giles Boulevard? Don't worry, there are several convenient options for your hotel transfer. Whether you're looking for speed, affordability, or comfort, Kuala Lumpur has you covered.

  • Taxi (Most Direct):

Taxis are readily available at KLIA. Simply head to the taxi stand and hop in. The journey to St. Giles Boulevard typically takes around an hour, depending on traffic. This is the most direct option, especially if you have a lot of luggage.
  • KLIA Ekspres Train (Fastest):

The KLIA Ekspres is a high-speed train that runs directly from KLIA to KL Sentral Station. From KL Sentral, you can then take a taxi or ride hailing service to St. Giles Boulevard. The train journey itself is only about 30 minutes, making it the fastest option.
  • KLIA Transit Train (Budget-Friendly):

Similar to the KLIA Ekspres, the KLIA Transit also goes to KL Sentral, but it makes a few stops along the way. This makes it a slightly slower but more affordable option. From KL Sentral, you can easily get a taxi or ride hailing service to your hotel.
  • Ride Hailing (Convenient):

Ride hailing services are widely available in Kuala Lumpur. You can book a ride directly from the airport using your smartphone. This is a convenient option, especially if you're familiar with using ride hailing apps.
  • Airport Bus (Cheapest):

Several bus companies operate routes from KLIA to KL Sentral. This is the cheapest option, but it's also the slowest, with a journey time of around an hour or more, depending on traffic. From KL Sentral, you can take a taxi or ride hailing service to St. Giles Boulevard.

Tips:

For the most convenient route, consider taking the KLIA Ekspres to KL Sentral and then a ride hailing service to St. Giles Boulevard. This combines speed and comfort. If you're on a tight budget, the airport bus to KL Sentral followed by a local bus or MRT might be your best bet.

I was in a in a premium room for one night. The room is average, rather small but the bathroom was dirty, rust around the rims on the floor and mild dew on the floor and wall. Worst of all the drain was clogged and started to overflow and leak out of the shower area and onto the rest of the bathroom and I was standing on water. Ias moved to another room the next day, an upgrade without additional charge. Room cleaning service is sub par.

The hotel's location at Mid Valley Mega Mall/The Gardens Mall is convenient, offering a wide range of prices and cuisines at various cafes and restaurants, so there's something for everyone. Also the Malls are packed with all kinds of shops from high end to budget as well as money changers and pharmacies. Additionally, there are lots of transport options to and from the hotel, just keep in mind that it can get very congested around morning and afternoon rush hour, so plan your trips accordingly.

Hotel was connected to Mid Valley Mega Mall. Lots of fun shopping and yummy food close and convenient. Had to request a razor blade from the front desk as the toiletries provided were minimal. Bottled water not provided but you can get water and fill the jugs provided easily and as many times as you need. Still a nice comfortable place to stay.

Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything.

I had requested for bigger desk room type and they didn’t check so when they re arranged me to the lower floor, the condition of the room was fine under later, the sewage smell from the bathroom got stronger later at night. I wished as a regular guest, they could have warned me that the only option for bigger desk is lower floor but the catch is the ventilation is not good.

Found 7 sharp nails on the carpet and wrote an email to the hotel director. They nevwr replied . Thus i had to call reception and informed them abount the sharp pin nails in the room carpet that poked my feet. Theu offered change of room which i declined as i was going out for meetings and chexkung out the next day. I had use masking tape to cover the nail. They alao offered free breakfast which i decline. Simply no replies to may mail and chexking if my feet was ok . Lack of emphaty. Least was a call to chexk if im ok . I dont need free breakfast . But more customer service , a aimple call to personally apologise and check on pur well being. Ths is what lacking for this stay. I cant imagine if a baby crawled around in that room.

Reserved 2 rooms as we have 2 young teenage kids and weren't comfortable staying on their own so requested for inter-connecting rooms. As that weekend the hotel was full they apologised and said they would be on the same floors but after trying all my kind persuasive ways staff member , AKid went above and beyond to help solve my issue. We also stayed there as the Mid Valley and Gardens mall were on site and the hotel has direct access to the centre. Parking can be an issue even though they have so many parks, it can get full during peak hours. First time to this hotel and it seems it has been refurbished and can't really complain about the rooms. Buffet breakfast was similar daily but again if you don't want to eat in the hotel there are many other options surrounding the hotel. The pool was clean and there wasn't many people using it. Also has a kids pool. They gym was a bit small but good enough for a quick workout. Would return to stay for sure.

Checked in without towels (2 small towels and 1 floor towel) also fridge is not working at all for 2 rooms I booked 2722 & 2724, a bit disappointed. Request for late check out, only allow till 1pm for 1 room which is 2724. Suggest more training & upgrading in order to attract more return guests.

This was my repeat stay at the hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and eateries just a short walk away, which makes it very convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. A reliable and convenient choice—I’d definitely return again.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I had to do a last minute extension of 1 more night the day before I was due to check out and hotel staff was helpful in arranging for the same room stay.
