Good hotel staycation in KL. Hopefully the buffet breakfast will be back soon as kids love the food although it's only a la carte and not much choices during this covid period. Will definitely come back!

Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

Guest must be 21 years old and above only to be allow for check-in.
Miscellaneous/security deposit is required upon check-in by credit card or cash. The amount collected will be minimum MYR300.00nett - MYR500.00NET (refundable) per room either by credit card or cash. Credit Card release clause within/more or less 14 working days and Debit card release clause within/more or less 30 working days. Cardholders have the right to DISPUTE OR REVOKE the transaction with the bank issuer if the amount is still holding, which may lead to the bank issuer contacting the merchant and requesting the hold be removed.
Smoking or organizing any kind of party or gathering are not allowed in the room, compressor room or Sky Deck. When smoking / bad room condition occurs during your stay RM500 Cleaning Fee will be billed to your account.
Kindly be informed that the Infinity pool at the Sky Deck (Level 51) and Wading pool (kid pool) will be temporarily closed on Monday 10th March 2025 at 7 AM till 29th March 2025 for grouting works and the balancing tank area at Level 51. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you to our pool area and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay with us.

Got charged RM200 without any explanation. I was in a hurry to airport while checking out and my deposit was cut RM200 without the employee explaining anything to me

The room is big, clean, and comfort for family trip. I booked the room for 4 people and it has 2 bathrooms inside. The room facilities so helpful such as washing machine, kitchen, iron and table, and dining table. However, maybe the hotel managment can make various breakfast recipe as I was bored to eat same menu in 4 days.

Disappointed, honestly booked a hotel face interested because you can take photos at the pool with a view of the twin towers. But not seen and not given permission to enter even though 1 management.

Rooms are spacious, equipped with washing machine, full set dining equipment, electrical stove and refrigerator. It's really recommend if you plan a trip to KL with your family. Location itself close to KLCC area, accesability from and to the hotel is very easy with a lot of transportation mode option. Offcourse, I'll make a reservation again in this hotel if have a trip to KL

so closed to landmark KL Twin Tower Petronas & KL Tower (you can walk to get there)..i got room with view direct to KL Tower..but view for Twin Tower Petronas not clear enough due to block by new building (The Face Style)..if you at Sky Top Pool (level 51) you can see partially Twin Tower Petronas..if you have more budget.. I suggest to take the new building (The FACE Style if i not wrong), the view so clear to both Twin Tower Petronas & KL Tower. but all average was satisfyingly..big room with 2 bedroom, kitchen set, wash machine..so accommodate my family (2 adults and 3 children)..housekeeping cleans daily even I not request or hanging tag (Make up room)

It was my solo trip there & I am just so satisfied with my stay at the hotel. So, I visited the Deepblue Restaurant & Bar at level 51 The Sky Deck. The food are very tasty and they also have variety of cocktails. I also visited the infinity pool at night and during day time, absolutely loving it and will definitely come back for more🥰♥️

Please pay attention for water Heater. In my bathroom, the water heater really not function Well. First night water heater working is not so hot. Second night, there is not working at all and the water is so cool.

All good. Except for the AC in the main room which wasn't cold and kept making loud noises which disturbed our rest. Finally we turned off the AC. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Thank You.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is ok, the rooms are also spacious, but if you can, there's no need to provide a washing machine because you can't use it hahaha. But the service is fast and very friendly. Anyway, it's okay, the view of the city is good from the hotel, you don't have to go anywhere, it's delicious.
