it's a new hotel, the room is quite small but the beds are awesomely comfortable. level 3 is where the pool and gym and play room is, it is such a big outdoor area and to have event here will be very nice. check in is fast and require just your id.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions

Effective 1 September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government. This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Bed type subject to availability. Request may be made directly to Hotel or speak to Duty Manager. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds . Child breakfast at RM 21.00 nett per child (4 -11 years old). Below 4 years old free of charge. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Complimentary one child age 4years old and below only using existing bed. 4years and above will require an extra bed with charges apply. All rates are subject to other prevailing government taxes. Above applicable for all room types except Superior & Light Superior room ( No extra bed allow ). Highlight of Complimentary Executive Lounge access for guest who booked , Light Superior , Light Deluxe , Family Suite , Premier Suite Exclusive American Breakfast from 6.30 am -10.30 am ( level 18th ) Afternoon Coffee & Tea free flow with cookies will be serve ( 7.00am -9.00 pm ) Complimentary evening cocktail ( Canapes + Pastry , Scones & Jam , 02 glasses Soft Drink.

First time staying here and love it! Hotel is very nearby to everything: shops, hospital, malls etc. Breakfast was great to and with many varieties of food and signature drink of teh tarik etc. Will definitely come again and thank you team gives the feeling like home during my stay.
