The best hotel experience I had! The service, staffs, room accommodation, cleanliness and everything are all chef’s kiss ~ 😘 My boyfriend and I felt like the experience is so surreal because it’s too good to be true 😆 The staffs, environment and the complimentary things they’ve prepared in the room made us feel very much welcome. Tips: open some lofi on the smart TV and sip on the complimentary TWG tea in the bathing robe...it feels like we’re in heaven 👼🏻✨

I had most pleasant to stay here! All over hotel very nice and clean. The hotel every corner deserved for pictures 😂 I love love to come back Penang and stay here over again and again! Hotel so convenient, because at town! Where ever you wanna go, just a few minutes you can reach at that place! Thumbs up!

This hotel has the cleanest bathroom! And it has the best pressure and drainage system that all hotel should have. Well done Prestige Hotel! However I don't enjoy their breakfast but I don't mind cause there are plenty of foods around the hotel, great location.

Overall okay. The registration is quite take time. The breakfast is 7/10 and not so much variety. But you can order ala carte and it is unlimited. The room is so cosy and beautiful but not so spacious. The pool is superbb and also the view from pool is sea.
