Convenient for me as all at ground floor. Friendly for my knee pain. Room is spacious and very clean. Front desk people are nice. Eateries nearby and love it.

1. Booked for 4 rooms, 3 rooms ready at 3pm, 1 room (126) ready at 4pm (at first 430pm, after chase few times, ready at 4pm) 2. On travel agents website, check in is at 2pm. 3. RUDE front desk, never say sorry for any inconvenience:-I) we have to ask few times for room readiness. Ii) they treat us like a beggar as if we want to stay for free at their property. I) without proper end conversation over the phone, she just hung up like that. Iv) Housekeeping come to room 126 at 11.30am, knocked 2 times & just open the door using master key with the reason to clean up the room. At 11.30! Room & environment = value for money. Recommendations or come again = definitely not.

Late check-in, around 11pm but the staffs were still attentive in attending us. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Toiletries were provided. Limited TV channels though. I love the exterior design, so quirky and unique. Overall, a comfortable stay for me.
