The floor is sticky and ripped out a bit. Many dust below the bed and the bed not comfortable. I left my belonging in the room and they lost my item.

The hotel has a good location, but the room need to be tidy up, the toilet were dirty, toilet bowl not so clean. Too many spider webs, too many dust on the floor and there even a small cockroach in the room.

The hotel's rooms are small and worn out, the bathroom facilities are poor and there is a leaking pipe. The breakfast menu is also unsatisfactory and serves the same food every morning as well as a good rate.

There was no water in the bathroom and the toilet cannot be flushed. had made the complaint several time to the reception but no action done. Will never put up in this place anymore and I strictly won't recommend this place place to anyone.

Need to upgrade the all facilities inside the room. The interior, the blanket, and the design. Even after 7 years not coming there the interior and exterior still the same. The management need to invest a bit to maintain and make sure the hotel is equal with others 3 star hotel. If not the competitors will take you down sooner or later. Example like Nokia, Kodak etc... Other else is good and just okay. Not to bad or just at the par. No offense. just a review to make you better. if you take it as a serious, friend and friend talk. Thank you
