Before my stay, I read some reviews mentioning about paint odor and cleanliness. When I checked in, I mentioned to Fadhlan at the Receptionist that I needed to obtain not only a clean but also odorless room. He immediately acknowledged my request. I had a wonderful, clean, and comfortable room during my stay.

The room is small but very good. Clean and comfortable to rest. The location is near hospitals. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The hot water in the bathroom is also very good.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, very close to the city center, just go downstairs. There are lots of food and beautiful cafes within walking distance. The only downside is there is no TV and a water heater for cooking.

I stayed at Tune Hotel for 3 nights because the room was comfortable and the area was very close to the town, the wifi was also very good, the staff were friendly, there were only a few shortcomings, namely there was no TV and heater for boiling drinking water, because visitors must have children, to make milk you need hot water, but overall everything was ok and very suitable for your next stay

Ordered quad room, got 2 rooms can accommodate 4 people connecting room. For strategic location, close to food places. The only drawback is there is no lobby for cars to stop so they stop on the side of the road, when I went, it had just been painted so it still smelled of paint. For the price and what I got, it was quite good according to expectations
