I stayed here for four nights. Not recommended at all. Rooms are too small for its local price. Cleanliness is weak. Breakfast is bad. Staff are unfriendly and dishonest. They tried to charge me undocumented additional 5% which was initially explained to me as surcharge from the bank for the use of my debit card. Upon my complaint as this is illegal, the manager said that it is meant for the government tax although there are no tax stamp or any description about this taxed amount. I will never come back again.

This is one of the nicer place of Hpa-an. This hotel is close from night market where is one of the famous area of Hpa-an and located in beside of beautiful big lake.Building is the newest one for this year and room price is fair. Services is the so far so good till now..Wide car parking and 24hr security is make me safe.

Lobby area doesn't have air-conditioning and very warm place. Ants can be found in the room. No towel is available for u to wipe ur feet outside toilet. WiFi signal is very bad. The price is a little bit high for such facilities.

I will give 5 stars - we stayed there 4 days 3 nights It's near night market (2 mins walk) and you can have dinner at night matket(local food, thai food, Karen Food). You can rent motor bike at hotel. Hotel is near towns but a little far from the places those you wanted to visit. Room charge is reasonable. Around 35 USD. Breakfast is good not bad. I think u can eat it.

Very close to beautiful Kan Thayar Lake to have sunrise view with Kayin monument moutain of 1700 feet high on east side. People love to make short trek of uphill for 2.5 hrs. Hotel has good facilities including two halls for meetng, training, wedding and party.
