Nice hotel in a great location, very convenient being across the street from the train. The rooms are spacious and I really loved having a bathtub. The coffee provided in the room was actually really delicious.

The only good point is its location which is exactly opposite to maastricht station.
Rooms were ok. Being vegitarian, I did not like breakfast options.
The worst part is the hotel did not allowed to change my check-out date as my travel plan got changed. I did inform them almost a month back but they still refused.

I rate the service 2 due to the fact the information regarding our suite was not clear as what was and wasn't included.
I had to paid an extra 20,5 each euros for breakfast which felt like so uncomfortable due to the amount of people in the dining area at one tome .

Very spacious room, friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast brought to my room was varied and enough for two. Wonderful espresso machine in the room, excellent location - highly recommend.

One night was not good, other guests were loud and disruptive and knocked on the door at 3:20am. Obviously not the hotels fault but made for a poor night's sleep! The second night was great, no disruption and very comfortable. The shower needed a little bit of temperature adjustment whilst using but nothing too bad. There was a sweater in the wardrobe so not sure how thorough rooms are checked but everything was good. Happy to see paper cups for the coffee and tea as a hotel I used to work at used the dirty pillowcases to wash up the mugs and has put me off using mugs in hotels again

Fantastic location opposite the railway station. The swimming pool is fabulous. Unfortunately, the hotel is badly in need of a revamp. I last stayed at the hotel 11 years ago and it was shabby then. Well it has not been modernised since my last visit. Soft mattress - bad for my back. Good for the budget conscious but the hotel needs to invest in a badly needed renovation
