Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!

the hotel was great overall, the one thing we did not expect was how small the rooms were. We have stayed at CitizensM multiple times, but the rooms were just smaller and designed differently for this location.

Great location, metro and tram stations near by so easy to get anywhere, very easy to check in and out. My one comment is that the room could’ve been a bit cleaner. 100% would stay again, thank you!

It's a lovely clean hotel, rooms are small but perfectly functional. Very odd to see the toilet and shower throughout the room but the toilet did offer privacy with frosted doors.
Breakfast and evening meal were lovely and staff v helpful and friendly.

Super close to Zuid station & a few restaurants
30 mins walk to Centrum
Huge bed which was comfortable
Compact but not too cramped
Friendly staff
Easy to network
Negatives:
There is an ongoing noise that sounds like a boiler which makes it hard to have quiet sleep
No room service - you have to go to the canteen to get food
No fresh air
Sometimes there was a bit of a smell from the shower
Pillows are not comfortable

Very nice property, Clean and modern facility with very prompt and helpful staff. It was quiet and very close to the zuid metro ,train and bus station. The only downside was there was no fridge which made keeping cold drinks difficult. They have umbrella rentals for free in the lobby so save some space and leave yours at home lol. Would come back again.

We didn't expect the lack of bathroom... the shower and toilet are a part of the room, which was a bit strange. The bed was very comfy though and the hotel living room area was inviting and convenient.
