Very nice hotel that was walkable to all the tourist areas. Staff were great and very helpful and hotel was quiet with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this to other travelers.

Visited Amsterdam briefly with my child to see the Amsterdam Light Festival. The hotel's location was ideal—within walking distance of the festival and easily accessible to the city centre by bike or metro. Despite its convenience, the area was quiet and peaceful, not too closed to the usual crowds. There were charming cafés, shops, and even a supermarket right nearby, which added to the convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh ingredients and high-quality dishes that made for a pleasant start to the day. The executive lounge was also impressive—quiet enough to work in and offering an excellent selection of finger foods during happy hour. Every aspect of the hotel met or exceeded expectations. The option to rent bicycles was a bonus and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. I’ll definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

After a long tiring flight and transit only 1 night in Amsterdam before back to our country, staying in Hyatt was a right decision. A room with the canal view made it perfect. Staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was great too.
