The staff were great. When we arrived the guest has a late checkout. We were told that our luggage will be in our room when we came back which it was. Really good location, clean room and everything you could want. Good transport links and taxis will get you around to Dan square in 10mins.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet while there were plenty of parties and load groups in other areas of Amsterdam. The location was convenient. Breakfast had many fresh farm to table choices and excellent service. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I made a mistake in my second booking but they were able to accommodate me. The bar and great cocktails with a skilled bartender. The gym and spa are nice but I wish they were open a bit longer
