There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
The friendly staff were always there to help with anything. The aesthetics were quirky, well put together, interesting and creative.
I ended up staying a total of 5 days. I could not get a flight home so I kept coming back day after day not wanting to try another property with fear that I wouldn’t like it as much.
The rooms are decent size. The bed was super comfortable as was the shower. In room Nespreso and tea. You could find anything right outside the doors that you could ever want. From restaurants, street food and shopping. The walkable area was just what I like as I like to explore.
I will definitely be back !

Lovely hotel - I try to stay here if I’m in The Hague. The standard rooms are a bit small though well designed. If you can spring for a superior room/ a larger room, I would. Great location in the centre of town.

This property was fantastic! Rooms were big and so beautiful. Damen, at check in, was incredible. He was so kind and cheerful. He checked us in, showed us a map of city and explained where the best restaurants and shops were. Hotel located near everything you would want on a vacation.

Outstanding in every way !! From the second you arrive till when you leave you are made to feel special and appreciated. Lots and lots of different things that I’ve never seen in any hotel; candy jars at reception, snacks and beverages, unique toilettry items (even a shaving set).
So clean ! Location is right in the middle of everything. Parking is down the block and you cannot unload your luggage at the door. But once you enter the hotel you forget the schlep with the bags and you’re transported to ‘vacation’.
Wonderful wonderful hotel !
And very strong wifi.

Beds weren't very comfortable compared to other hotels and they also provided the world's largest pillow, which was useless for sleeping. However, aside from those minor details, the hotel, staff, and location were amazing.

The hotel was nice and the staff were all great. It's right in the city center so shopping areas are right around the corner, and the tram is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast they serve was quite good, just make sure you buy breakfast when you book the hotel or at least the day before. It's cheaper to do it ahead of time rather than the morning of.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Easy to get to (17 tram from Central Station). Surrounded by great dining options. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

It’s unfortunate that the person in the morning during breakfast had an attitude. It was a wonderful hotel until I had an encounter with this sour person. He came across very rude, stuck up, and not helpful. Because of this I would not recommend. So unfortunate

convenient location but need to alert people that the taxi or car can’t get to the hotel as it is located on the pedestrian street. If you have heavy luggage it can be of inconvenience. Otherwise it is very clean and pleasant.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and designed with beautiful art pieces. In the middle of Den Haag. Close to het Mauritshuis and the Binnenhof.
Lovely restaurants all around. We stayed Friday and Saturday night so it was a bit noisy around 10 and 11 but no troubles falling asleep.
Breakfast was so delicious, with omelettes eggs or French toast and a large buffet. Coffee, tea any kind.
It was an incredible experience and we could not have had better service. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in pedestrian area of town. Surrounded by shopping, restaurants and cafés. Quirky and amusing design. Clean, comfortable and quiet despite its very central location. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff.

This place is a true gem. Great location and service. The place is well maintained, clean and nice decorated. Super confortable bed and delicious breakfast (extra 19EUR).
I would recommend this place to everybody.
