Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy driving access and near the Markt Platz where we ate dinner each night. Delft porcelain museum was good. Weather sucked all 3 days, wind, cold, and rain. But the hotel was quiet and cozy. Beds were great. Will stay again next spring.

Thank you Sophie for a warm welcome at check in, friendly and helpful team. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and enjoyed the sauna after cycling into Delft. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Would stay here again. (If you’re looking for a landmark, the hotel is opposite IKEA, so easy to find.

Great hotel , modern and clean with exceptional great staff , nothing was to much hassle 👍, also a quick taxi ride and your in delft centre , overall really enjoyed the hotel and will defiantly be back , many thank

We chose this hotel specifically because the studio room had a microwave, which we needed for warming up baby food. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive thing. The room itself was filthy—dust covering large surfaces and the floor. Both my partner and I have allergies, and the dust made us sneeze non-stop. Our toddler's white socks turned grey, almost black, after just an hour of walking around, which shows how dirty the floors were. The worst part came on our last night when our child accidentally locked himself in the bathroom. I asked the staff for help, but they were completely useless. When I asked for a key, the response after asking the manager was, "we don't have one." I said we'd try to get him out ourselves, and the staff member just replied, "mmhm, ok," with no concern whatsoever. After saying how useless this is, he then offered to come and check what he can do. Will we stay in this hotel again? NO!

No clear instructions on the location or room or entrance to the propriety. Also hard to find the support instantl or drop bags to my room very hard to get it to my room. In addition, balcony was opened once I enter the room, ans area was very scary.

This is a hotel mostly aimed at corporate, but was ideal to stay in as a family. Great family room with kitchenette, easy buffet breakfast, free parking and felt really clean. Ikea next door so perfect for a quick inexpensive kid friendly dinner too. Its walkable from delft (20-25min) but theres a main road to go under. Bus also available but ideally get a bus card in advance. You may be able to hire a bike?? Only thing that we thought could improve was the sofa bed was very saggy, so both tried to cling to the edge! Overall, an ideal place for a stopover in this area if you dont mind not staying in the centre of delft.

Generally very good, the family room was next to the lifts, which was a little bit noisy. The room was well equipped, segregation between sleeping areas could be improved with the addition of a curtain or two.

We were there for a few nights, which allowed us to explore the surrounding areas. A nice place to stay. Parking is free although you might need to park on the lawn on the busy weekend nights.

The hospitality was unique and the feeling of being in comfort like its home in ikea style. I would woyhout any doubt definitely and highly recommend anyone to stay there. The view from the the top floor is not great as yiu just see carpark, dual carriage and IKEA but uts worth you money. I loved it!

The service was not extraordinary and the view is of the IKEA, it feels very different than the beautiful hidden village of delft close by
