I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large, the bedding was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised at the heated floors in the bathroom. Access to the tram is just outside the hotel; making travel throughout Amsterdam very simple. A minor problem with a slow drain in the shower was immediately corrected by the hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again.

No t paper in the room. Called reception to get some, was told to come downstairs to fetch it. Asked whether someone could bring it up, which was promised very unwillingly. Nobody ever came, so one star...

3 twin beds in the room and only one bed had a thin pillow top. One bed had broken springs and the other was like sleeping on a park bench. The air conditioner kept turning off requiring is to keep asking reception to turn it back on. We would have access to the thermostat and then not be able to use it. It was tidy, I wouldn’t say super clean.
