AWA Hotel

Our room itself was clean and suitable for our stay but the hotel in general is tired and run down. Nothing was open despite saying they had a restaurant, takeaway and souvenir shop. The floors are also non-carpeted in the rooms so sound carried. Not the best place to stay.

this is not a 4 star hotel ! Thou renovated the cheapest way the room had only 1 chair-there was only one bedside table-no bedside lights- only lightswitch outside the bed-no toiletpaper holder in bathroom-a safe on the floor basically unaccessable -no milk-cheapest bed and furniture-no suitcase table

Booked four people. 2 A 2 c. Yet room only provided amenities for 2. Beds didn’t have top sheets. Only a rumpled, too small duvet atop a too short bottom sheet that didn’t tuck in all the way around, instead of a nice fitted sheet. Pillows huge and hard. Could not sleep with it. Freezing room. Aircon on 16 and only option was dehumidify or fan, no heat option. Staff were still cleaning same rooms when we arrived and when we returned all the mess still in the hallway. Entrance is cold, clinical and the business is confusing. Reception is the restaurant. At 4pm all the chairs are on top of the tables. It looks dark, and more like a top 10 holiday park counter and with junk for sale. Floors are rock hard and our grandson rolled out of the bed during the night and hit the floor hard. No beds against any walls. I gave this place a 3 because we paid 226 which gave us a place to stay.

Very clean and new condition. Room was quite cold but adjustable. Dinner was fantastic. Breakfast is tasty but food running out quickly. Bed is so confortable.

Good location. The hygiene situation is very average. There were blood stains on our pillows that hadn't been washed off, and there were also blood stains on the outside of the washbasin in the bathroom. The bathroom stuff is relatively basic, not quite like it will only open in 2023

Was only there 1 night but it was quiet and comfy. Plenty of parking available and close to eateries

Really easy to get around. Room was great and spacious.

Enjoyed our stay... Nice little hotel, clean and well kept... Friendly staff and no-hassle check in... On-site parking is free, free wifi... On-site restaurant and breakfast buffet... Easy walk to several local attractions, short drive to several others... Just on the edge of town, close to many dining and shopping options... Comfortable and quiet room...

Easy check in and out. They lock doors after hours but you can get in a side entrance.
