Staff were awesome. Things didn't work out for me in Christchurch I'll be heading back to Auckland in the morning but the staff are really friendly and good at their job . Sorry if I caused any hassle.

When I booked did not realize there is no bathroom. the bathroom and showers are shared in a separate building Therefore, I ended up not staying there and taking it as a loss and booked somewhere else. Besides not having a toilet in your bedroom, the staff was really nice.

Ive stayed here before but at the front of the park which is lovely. However, this time, we are more down towards the back, and it's not as nice. Grounds aren't very well layed out and cared for. Its ok for a couple of nights in winter better in summer, I would think.

Close walking distance to servo and HJ if needing a top up on general supplies also nice decent watering hole short distance across the road to dine in and eat with good value price and filling. Also close distance from airport with shuttle service they provide during business hours. Only critic was mattress was uncomfortable , was thin I could feel the base of bed.

When checking in we were upgraded at no extra cost to a Park Motel as they thought it would be nice for us to have bathroom facilities for our young children. I was stoked with the customer service (obviously) and the cleanliness of the facilities. Would happily come stay here again. Thanks.

Affordable, near to petrol station, airport, shopping mall, supermarket... Clean, warm and bathroom and kitchen and laundry area were well maintained and clean. Shower had good water pressure... Everything you need with excellent prices will definitely stay here again, thanks North South Holiday Park 👍
