Queenstown Motel Apartments

Beautiful lake view. An easy walk to town. Frankton Rd is a busy road so lots of traffic noise when windows are open. Other than traffic noise a good place to stay.

The apartment was centrally located and had a fantastic view. However , the apartment was extremely dated. The furnishings were old , the microwave was very old! I pulled a bedside table out to look for a plug and the skirting boards were thick with dust. The bedroom got so hot at night and there was not even a fan in the apartment. Parking was very tight.

Great customer service, they are the perfect hosts, our rooms were quiet, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchenette. Short walk in to town and good access to transport

Room was nice,but there was no air conditioning in the room and it got very hot at night with 3 adults in the room. Also the hot water kept going luke warm when showering.

The motel has on site parking, which is one of the reasons I chose the place. It’s about 15 minutes walk to downtown Queenstown. The unit is clean but basic. There is no elevators. The beds are a little soft for me. The motel is on a busy road so it could be little noisy due to traffic.

Walkable location to main streets of Queenstown. Room could do with a sliding door separating kitchenette from sleeping area.

Construction going on around the property makes it for a noisy sleep, what made it worse was that the ventilation the was terrible, it was a hot and stuffy night, barely able to fall asleep due to the heat in the room. No windows to ventilate the area and small fan provided was very noisy which mean we couldn't leave it on the whole night. We did end up having to slightly leave the door open so some air could come in. Not sure how it would go during summer when its going to be even hotter. The small freezer was totally iced solid even an ice cube tray was stuck in there impossible to get out so we couldn't use it. The location was near enough to town to walk but it was still easily a 15mins walk. Bed was okay, pillows were too soft like it needs changing. Cooking facilities were provided by just a simple hot plate, i would not cook in the room though as there is no ventilation. All in all, would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great location easy walk to town centre. Size of room was great for 4 adults with small kitchenette. View from our room of the lake was beautiful. Easy parking onsite.

Cleanliness was terrible, stained cutting boards, stained carpet, mattress worn out, ice box needs defrosting full of ice ,definitely not value for the money we paid, very disappointed
