Great hotel. Very spacious beautiful open planned kitchen dining and lounge room and plenty space and storage for 3 bedrooms. Easy contactless check in/out. Quiet, clean, big windows and warm. Two carparks are there but also a public carpark option is cross the road with early bird discount for $13.50 full day parking 6am-7pm. Easy walking distance to anywhere in city. Bring washing powder to use washing machine. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, lots of space and right in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants near by. Really appreciated the breakfast foods in the room as we had an early morning start.

The room I stayed in wasn't worth $202 toilet bathroom was very stinky tv wasn't working no windows no ac even the heater wasn't working aswel we had to sleep in cold. There was no extra blanket. It was our first trip to Wellington but we've experienced this was terrible I would never go this hotel ever again. Staffs are very tricky they say something on phone when u go there they provide u the little as room. It was pathetic.

Something different. On a side street of Wellington so lots of option for parking, and dinning within walking distance. Property in need of basic maintenance. However, Spa is functional and a nice touch for the middle of Wellington.

It's a basic room. The drawback was that the bed was tired and I never could get the wifi to work. On the plus side, it was nice to have a desk to work on and it was only a few minutes walking distance from Cuba street.

Great value for the location. Room small but has everything you need for a good nights sleep which is all I wanted. Just be aware the other rooms are very close and so if you’re a light sleeper noise could be a problem with other doors opening and closing and people etc. Shared bathroom was very clean as was the room itself. Would definitely stay again if you were just wanting somewhere to sleep and shower.

Adequate. But nothing special. A bit overpriced for what you get if you ask me. The doors of the other rooms were SO LOUD I thought someone was breaking in our room 6 times a night. The room was very clean, but very basic. Felt like a nice-ish hostel but kind of a sad hotel. For a property calling itself a European style boutique hotel I was expecting proper coffee in the rooms, not instant. Nothing horrible nothing great. Would stay again if everything else was booked out.

We had booked what we thought was a room with a bathroom, purposely upgrading from the 'shared bathroom' cheap option, but when we arrived we realised the bathroom was across the public hallway. Had we not already paid, we would have left at that time. We felt the WOTIF listing was not clear on the bathroom arrangement, and misleading. Disappointingly, there was no milk provided, and the shower could have been cleaner.

This is our second stay at this hotel. First time had a window that wouldn't close so it was very cold but its awesome location and easy parking made me come back a second time. Different room and another window that didnt close!! Luckily only Autumn so still not too cold but wouldn't want to be in that room in winter. The other thing to note is that when you book a room with a private bathroom its actually across the corridor! They say its private as its yours only but private to me means not having to walk across a public corridor and take 2 keys with me! Also housekeeping standards could definitely be improved. Don't think I will bother with a third visit!

We booked the family room as we were travelling with our teenage son and wanted to give him some privacy, but we had to go through his room to get to the bathroom which was very unpleasant during the night. Also the rooms are stuffy, small and very packed. No staff onsite and just a lockbox to get in, breakfast in the fridge … all very average. Feels more like a backpackers than a hotel. Would not go there again.
