Crowne Plaza BELFAST, an IHG Hotel

First visit. Very impressed. Accessible room was very acceptable. Bar meal was fine but expensive. Temperature in room during night was hot. Could make no adjustment. Breakfast was fine. Very busy.

Parking was appalling as there was an event on in the evening. Some provision should be made for staying guests to park versus those attending for an evening do. On the flip side, Ash, in the breakfast restaurant was superb in terms of his customer service. He was faultless and should be commended.

Very good would definitely be back again no noise very relaxing.

The accommodations were exceptional, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay, complemented by wonderful dining and a superb breakfast.

Excellent clean and welcoming hotel

Stayed over for my son's 7th birthday. The staff were friendly and polite , the rooms were clean and well laid out. The cooked breakfast was nice and the pool was enjoyable. All in all a really nice place to stay and the staff were far nicer and more polite than I'm used to in similar hotels.

Hotel was extremely cold expecially swimming pool and disappointingly steam room out of order

We did not enjoy our stay. Firstly we had no much hot water for a shower and to clean babies bottles. 2. The fridge was dirty. 3. The heating system wasn’t functioning properly and the room was cold. 4. We couldn’t get in the restaurant as it was too busy. So the only option was room service. 5. We spent £65 on room service and the food arrived cold. The food wasn’t covered as they were delivered to us so by the time they got to us the food was food and tasteless. No a great service. Needs improvement. 6. My family with two young babies got stuck in a lift and I had to open the lift with my hands. Thank God the lift was on a floor and we could walk out as normal. 7. The water pressure in the shower was very bad. The two shower head were only dripping. No pressure at all. Very bad shower experience. Overall not a great experience and it cost £470 for two nights. Never again.

Not the most exciting hotel we ever stayed.More like a 3star and certainly not 4 star quality by our experience.Food drab,loud music, lift broken and hardly any spaces for car parking.

Great hotel with various dining option, lovely food at reasonable price. Close to city if you have car but not too much in walking distance .

Good hotel, clean and staff friendly

Gorgeous and welcoming lobby. Fast efficient staff. Unfortunately the television wasn't functional but a valiant effort from Ryan all the same!

Fabulous room, very new and up-to-date. Great bathroom with shower. Nice lighting, bottles of water, safe in the wardrobe, ironing board. Everything is a great standard. Great breakfast, such friendly staff everywhere. A great stay was made even better by the friendliness and caring nature of the staff.

Perfect for my business trip. All facilities are first class as are the staff.

It was located by a football field. I didnt like that the gym was only open at 8AM-8PM. The river bar was great, had amazing food.

I'm really sorry to forget the name of the lovely booking receptionist but I think het name was Aoifi (??). Sorry love. She gave us a free room upgrade which was more than grateful as we had been staying in quite a few hotel rooms aver our 6-week adventure & some of them were quite small. The room that we got was like the presidential suite. We were so so so impressed. So, if you want to be spoiled, then book this room.

Very nice hotel, not alot of restaurants near by so we ate at the restaurant on site. Very good food and the service was outstanding.

Excellent stay at hotel. Very relaxing. All aspects of my stay more met my expectations.

Very nice hotel. Our room had a king and a pull-out larger than a twin but smaller than a full. There was no bedding aside from pillows for the pull-out so we had to request and they only brought up two flat sheets. There is a very nice spa and weight room. The pool has an attached bubble spa which I thought would be heated but it was not. It’s not within walking distance to entertainment but the drive isn’t horrible. It was cold and rainy the day we got in so we went bowling at the Ice Bowl then had Pho afterwards which was amazing. The next day after checking out we visited the Ulster Museum which I highly recommend.
