I stayed here for a week and the location for all conveniences were great including the bus station where i could get anywhere easily. The service is efficient and rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The value you get with breakfast is also pretty great. Its my go to choice for Kristiansand.

Booked a room, informed them I will be coming late (after midnight)and they still didn’t open the door for 5 minutes, it was cold and raining outside and they had the audacity to tell me they sold my room and I should go to a another hotel.

I liked the convenience to the ferry terminals. I thought the room could have been a little cleaner (the carpet). The price was a little high for the quality of the room.

Hotel located in the center. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the view from the room to the interior patio. Breakfast is included in the price but is available from 7:00 a.m., we did not use it because we had to be on the ferry early :-(.

Room is small, bathroom is microscopic, windows goes right into the corridor. No space, no privacy, no view. Room is clean. Nice breakfast and good location though. All-in-all, this is way too expensive for such kind of the Room.

Very central location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a room facing inwards to the atrium with no possibility of fresh air into the room. When using the shower, water splashed all over the bathroom floor. Good selection at breakfast, nice and quiet at night.

Mitt andre opphold på ca 1 mnd. Hyggelig betjening og grei frokost, men hotellet er slitent. Sengelampe som ikke virker, ødelagt pumpe på dusjsåpen og, under første oppholdet, ikke noe varmtvann om morgenen.

Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Redde raskt opp til 3dje person på rommet. Hotellet er hyggelig, og veldig god frokost. Rommet vi hadde var preget av stor rotasjon av gjester og fremsp ganske slitt. Innredning er veldig minimal. TV er liten og gammel med flere feil på skjermen. Vi savnet mulighet for å streame fra tlf/nettbrett da det ikke er streamingtjenester på TV.
