We were stuck in Kongsvinger for a day due to confusion on train reroute for track maintenance on ticket from Oslo to Stockholm. We booked this hotel when we found out we'd be stranded for a day with the kids. Hotel was great about accommodating our 2 adult, 2 child family in one of the only 2 twin bed rooms left and added a fold out bed.

Det var ett greit rom. Noen mangler ved frokosten. Det var tomt for noen produkter 45 minutter før lukking av frokosten. Renholdet ser greit ut.

Vi ankom på ettermiddagen og rakk derfor ikke å benytte hverken spa eller basseng. Et kort opphold med bra frokost hvorpå vi måtte haste videre. Vi spiste ikke middag på hotellet fordi vi var bedt i selskap. Alt i alt et helt greit opphold.

Find something else, even a tent. Totally unworthy of the price charged. The room is tiny/claustrophobic. I have stayed in B&B with larger rooms and better condition. The toilet is next to the bed, with a cover that is impossible to cover without a loud bang and a door that does not close, it just barely shields the view. When I complained upon arrival, I was told "all rooms are the same and the place is being slowly re-modelled". They should close the place until the remodeling is done. The breakfast was OK, but not enough to save this review. If anyone from EXPEDIA visited the place, they would have taken off the list. SHAME EXPEDIA, you can do better!

We had to change rooms. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty had not been cleaned. I complained and got another room. That room and bathroom were clean. We hope it was a one time mistake.

Rengøring er OK dog manglede der et vandglas/krus; men generelt trænger værelset ( enkeltværelse) til en fuld 100% renovering. På det ene af vore to værelser, var det ikke muligt at skrue ned / regulere for varmen. Badeværelse var slidt, og yderst ringe arrangeret med et bruseforhæng over håndvasken - et rigtigt "Københavner badeværelse"!

Slitte rom. Parketten av det sprekker i og skjevt. Dårlig lys på badet med tanke på dusjen. Veldig lytt mellom rommene og toalett. Servicen var kjempe bra. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig resepsjon.

De mesta var bra, det var lite fläckar i hotellrummet, på väggen. I badrummet var det rost i taket. Under sängen fanns det godispapper från tidigare gäst. Frukosten var god, men det luktade väldigt mycket klor påväg till frukosten som gjorde att jag mådde lite illa. Men överlag var det bra med gratis parkering.
