Hotel provided early check-in ( for a price ). Whixh I was greatful for after a long bus ride from Nasca. Water pressure was excellent and hot, room also had air-conditioning. Great upstairs lounge area with views over Arequipa towards Mountains.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Free bottles of water everyday. Location is great. Bring a good jacket because restaurants and bars are cold in Puno. Would recommend this hotel.

Very helpful and happy staff. Hot buffet bkft with options of cooked to order. Laundry service, sent out. Since on a pedestrian only street, pick ups require some walking. The bellman came down 2 blocks to help with luggage s we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the hotel. A wonderful stay!

Great location close to the main pmaza and streets. A bit noisy at times. A basic hotel for the money. Room was small and without character. Windows didn't open so the room smelt a bit stale. Breakast was fine, and staff pleasant.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. It's located in a convenient location near the main plaza. The hotel is on a pedestrian plaza so taxi drop off/pick up is about a block away. Some rooms face a noisier side. I had to use ear plugs to fall asleep. Overall I will stay here again if I visit Puno again. But, I would request to stay on the other side of the building.
