The place was so very great and the staffs are very helpful, I saw some guest who are really annoying, some guest wants free room and not respectful at all. I admire that the employees are very patient and flexible with this kind of situation. The room are great and we will keep coming back

The owner of the hotel is very nice and same with the manager of the restaurant ( I guess). They upgraded my room from a king size room to a luxury room. There is a free massage chair near the reception area, reservation includes free WiFi and free breakfast for 2. the bed is huge, so comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. We will definitely return

Dust caked everything that doesn't get wet. They charged an additional charge for breakfast even though it was included with the reservation. Missing toilet seats, mold, prior resident smoking odors. The pool is what's left of what was probably a nice inground pool that now is a rain water catch with an attendant the skims it.

Al of it as stated . Housekeeper lourdes was 5 stars in service . The owner Sam was on the ball with everything We cancelled our other reservations to stay at 999 Hotrl . Highly Recommended for yiu vacation. The room price is unbeatable we chacked them all. We will.only stay here next time and every time.

The room was not as clean as you would expect, The wifi did not work. The tv worked but the cable was not working so no tv. Shower did not operate properly.The air conditioning was not working properly. Lastly, the staff though apologized, they did nothing to correct the problems.
