Outstanding service from the staff - Chean, who assisted us during our check in and check out, kuya Honor, Nico, who picked us up g om tge airport and took us to the hotel, our house keppers, who cleaned our room to an immaculate standard, the chefa during breakfast, the breakfast staff, who were all very courteous and helpful, the pool attendants and the ground staff. We really felt looked after during our stay.

Great quiet location with a great spread of breakfast included. Walkable to kite beach and Dmall and white beach. The place is clean and security guarding at all times. The resort hosts pool party and DJ and music events on special occasions. Very courteous and welcoming staff. They keep the premises very clean. We were there with family n kids during New year week and we had a blast. Resort experience includes gym and massage as well, which is like a cherry on the top. They also provide airport shuttle to and fro. Overall highly recommended. Only glitch we felt was that we had accidentally booked an extra day ( we stayed there for more than 9 days) which they weren't willing to refund atleast partially. That was a bummer.

This is the resort to go if you want peace and quiet and far from the crowd and noise. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The place is very clean and well-maintained, the beach is okay and not the best one but the pools are great. The breakfast buffet selection is good but they can do better. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to my other family and friends.

Despite having some issues the first two out of the 6 days from a staff member, The rest of our stay was fantastic. Manager Ria or Reah (sorry for the spelling) stepped in to resolve the issue in a professional manner which we greatly appreciate. The staff were accommodating and the securities kept the resort safe. I would like to mention Security Jano for your service sir. To all the OJT’s job well done and good luck to your next journey in life. The resort is well kept, Safe and great pool area. We booked the 3 bedroom unit. The location was great with the ocean and pool view. One of the best resort around the area that we saw for sure.

Lovely clean hotel, staff friendly. Restaurant very overpriced for what was on offer. Local beach has the delightful kitesurfers but is full of litter (we did a litter pick). A local scheme asking surfers to collect a small bag of rubbish each time would resolve this and make the hotel more attractive. Drinks were ok but not exceptional. Beds a little hard but rooms generally comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast was great. I would say this is an overpriced hotel for what is offered.

The hotel itself looks nice and clean. Staff is courteous and polite. Food is ok and is missing some of the authentic Filipino flavors. The biggest drawback is that they could be more organized. There were instances that the communication could be improved on. During the NYE, we rented a cabana but a lot of the cocktail drinks were unavailable, they ran out of ice and the drinks were served warm, on top of that it took the team at least close to two hours to serve the first drink/bottle to us. It was disappointing and killed the NYE vibe.

My stay was great all around! I celebrated my birthday there and the staff even sang to me and gave me cake. Everyone was friendly, the pools were amazing, the grounds were always maintained and kept clean and our room was always made up and spotless. All of them - the groundskeeper, the spa staff, front desk, breakfast staff, beach security, lifeguard, housekeeping, the guide and drivers of the shuttle, etc, a big thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Although premises are nice, and location is good, No really a 5 stars resort. Beach is not for swimming, full of sea urchins. Poor services. Food is really bad. Food menu is short, and most are not available. Quality of food is not acceptable. Security staff always staring at guests, no privacy.

Great place, top quality rooms and facilities, extremely professional and welcoming staff. We went during off peak and price friendly time so it was very quiet. Looks good fun if it were busy. Food menu was a little limited when compared with the likes of Crimson or Shang but maybe price reflects that I hope people use it, a good addition to Boracay luxury options
