I highly recommend acknowledging the outstanding service provided by Floyd, the Officer-in-Charge, and his assistant. Chef Junel was impressive, and the cuisine was excellent. The croissants were particularly noteworthy, ranking among the best I've experienced during my hotel stays. Bellman Mark and the front security team, comprising Mike and Fortez, were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation and provided top-notch service. I extend my gratitude to Oliver, the front desk manager, for facilitating a seamless late checkout process amidst unforeseen circumstances. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and intend to return for my next stay. I appreciate the exceptional service and express my sincere gratitude. Notably, my housekeeper, RC, provided outstanding service, working diligently to maintain a clean and organized room. Staff polite, kind, honest. Front office girl at checkout maintained her professionalism besides my attitude while checking out. Apologies to her. I was sick due to allergies.
