Maybe it's good for a short stay, but if you're going to stay more than 1 night, you better think twice about it. Customer service is bad. I've changed rooms more than I’ve changed shoes in that 6 nights. 1st night-1st room - 1st day, busy day so you're expecting to sleep yourself in peace, and then vòila! You came home with drenched bed, books and clothes due to a cracked ceiling!! (good thing I brought all of my gadgets that time) I called the receptionist, they send someone over to look into it and transferred me from 6th floor to 5th floor (elevator is only up to 5th floor, so you have to use the stairs with you're luggage and everything- which is so very hard considering it's a scary, thin stairs) and not only that, the only phrase I heard from their "boy or boy worker" is "picturean lng nato ni ma'am" (i'll take a picture with it ma'am) like WTF! The least and 'foremost' you could do is to apologize for the inconvenience and the same with the receptionist! 😡 what a service! Moving on, the next day after that with some unknown reason, they once again transferred me from 5th floor to 6th floor, so I, once again got to carry my luggage and have to go through their thin scary stairs with my luggage! And finally! I got my peace and no more inconvenience, aside from having to meet their dirty hallways and no manner workers every time I come and go. If you say, you get what you paid for, well, refund me everything because you didn't live up to that expectation. There's a lot of hotels out there with the same price but with a better service and accommodation. Ps: the location is in downtown so it's good, but really, no good customer service from front desk receptionist to dirty hallways and scary thin stairs. No one even offered to carry my luggage and guide me all the way to the top. Pps: I’ve also asked for a room with a lower floor but they responded with a no room is available, but I’ve seen a lot of room that is wide open (which means no one is occupying) from all levels. Well, it's so not worth it. Lesson learned. Vpps: I lost a valid id card, a pair of slipper and some small everyday stuff due to that continual change of rooms.
