King Suite is just amazing for a budget place, including for long-stay (like finally us) guests - two clean and spacious separate rooms (living room+kitchenette complete with utensils, and a bedroom) by the pool. And, as the bedroom is behind, the pool noise didn't bother us. No view from the window, but it's understandable for the ground floor. The location is good, the upscale Kandi towers are nearby, as well as quite a few other hotels and apartments, and the neighborhood is neither too touristic (but still an easy and safe walking distance to the main bar areas) nor too quiet, good both for a short and a long stay. The only problem was that the several Wi-Fi routers on the lower floors didn't work or were slow. That was one of the reasons we moved later to (and still staying in) the smaller room on the 3rd floor, where both Wi-Fi and mobile connectivity are excellent. Hopefully, this technical problem will be solved for future guests' convenience.

I liked the presidential room. It had plenty of space. It was alittle dated but still nice. Overall a good place to stay.

You get what you paid for. The staff is friendly and attentive. The property itself is old and needs some maintenance. The kitchen smells of fish. Overall though, expectation should not be much as the price is the lowest in the area.

Instead of fixing the broken 2 burner cooker, the mgmt just bought a cheap 1 burner portable unit and placed it on top of the broken unit. The bedsheets are too small to tuck in, I hate the feeling of bedsheets coming loose in the middle of the night. I would give a better review if the owner/mgmt would fix up the pllace a bit,

Power outlets some loose and very dodgy , we lost light to bathroom on the last day and the staff couldnt fix it, not there fault though sounds like owner needs to do some maintenance.

Property condition not maintained. Towels old looks like a rug and smells bad. I did not use it. It said in its advertised amenities that "Parking is Included" but they do not have parking space for guests. You have to park in the public streets if uou are lucky to find one and not safe to park in the streets.

The hotel was great for what was to be expected for the price. However not easy to find. And the actual bed even although with clean sheets on top had me a bit uneasy, being it was grossly stained. Even thinking about it now makes me a bit nauseous. The shower water pressure was greatly lacking at best but enough to do your business and move on with your day. But the staff was accommodating and polite the location was perfect for hanging out on walking street. And the overall cleanliness to the hotels lobby and shared areas was welcoming.

Take care about the bias vs foreigners in the area. Its Angeles afterall, the devils city. We found it well but this place is ideal for men looking sex only. Careful where you eat. Luckily we just visit viewing purposes and always carry the remedy for food poisoning wherever we go In phil. No problem w the hotel just take care in ageles city!!! Lots of beggars with curses to those who dont give them for free etc. Welcome to angeles! Hotel staff nice though.
