Pagudpud Rinnovati Beach Resort

The rooms are OK though it may be kind of small for families. The rooms were clean, although foreigners may not be satisfied with it. They have hot shower but the water output for it is little so you can't really use it. The staff are nice, their breakfast is delicious. It ' s a 1-2 minutes walk away from the beach. Overall, it ' s a good value for money.

Observe cleanliness. The construction is still on going so it is not safe for people travelling with kids.

Stayed here for 1 night. Located near Saud Beach alongside with many hotels and restaurants. It has no beach front but the beach is just 100m away from the hotel. The hotel staffs were accommodating. Spacious room with basic toiletries provided.

Not that as good accommodation compared to others. But has a friendly staff

This hotel is incredibly unsatisfying with the worst customer service and impolite receptionists, besides the electrical power unavailability in the area, no air conditioning, no light, no towels, no soap. very dirty room. We have to leave and transfer to another hotel nearby. What kind of hotel do you have? You have to refund my hard earned money paying for a hotel we did not use!

We enjoyed our stay in rinnovati though its a 1-2 minutes walk from the beach area. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in pagudpud then rinnovati will suit to your budget.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Clean rooms, old curtains. A nice place to have a night near the beach which is reasonable for the price.

Aircon should be suitable for the size of the room. (very hot) The restroom is not clean, shower is not working. Our television was obsolete and 14 inches only while the other room is upgraded and have cable.

The room was okay. Their employees are hard to notice because they don't have a uniform to distinguish them from other people. Well, I'm somehow satisfied with our stay because the room is quite tidy also it's comfort room, and the area is not a busy place, so you can rest well.

Great location! If you want to be near Saud Beach, this is the best place to stay.

I hope they consider adjusting the price to a cheaper rate. But location wise it's very nice but the hotel itself is not so good. No free breakfast.

One of the staff they have is very impolite, we hope the management will do something about that.

For backpacking experience and not so pricey accommodation, it somehow passed my expectation. Room is just OK to have a safe place to sleep.

Quality beyond the price. All staffs are so friendly, the place is strategic: 2 minutes walking to beach. The restaurant's food is good (I'm quite picky for local food). I really happy to stay there

We were given two single bed instead of a king sized bed.

Pagudpud Rinnovati hotel room is clean and affordable and its comfortable to stay. We love it. The beach is clean it is wonderful. what you see in the picture is what you will get

When we arrived at around 12noon, the hotel staff were kind enough to let us check in even though their standard check in time is at 1:30 pm. However, when we entered the room, it smelled very horrible. We couldn’t figure out what it was. We just then asked the hotel staff to give us an air freshener so we could dispel the bad odor. As we sprayed the air freshener, the odor was covered up for a while, but then, the smell of the air freshener wore off and we were back to smelling the bad odor. We even tried to open up the drapes and the window to let fresh air come through, but it was no use. We requested to change rooms. But the only available rooms were standard rooms, which were supposedly cheaper than our booked superior rooms. When we talked to the manager, she said that we couldn’t get a refund or discount. We would like to get a refund or discount anyhow because of the inconvenience it caused us. I was with 3 senior citizens because it was a family trip. Even after transferring, our new rooms still didn’t make us feel comfortable.

Very comfortable and decent for its price. The staff at the reception is friendly and always smiling though it's hard to identify their other staff since they are not wearing a uniform. The room is good, the beds are quiet big, the CR is clean but a little old.

If you wanted a budget travel, you might want to ask tricycle drivers roaming around the area to take you on a tour. You can ask at the information desk at your hotel. Just by a tricycle, you can have your private tour and explore the beautiful sights of Pagudpud.
