A beautiful room on the lagoon a dip through the saltwater pool to get to one of the best hotel pools anywhere. I really enjoyed my short stay here.

I like the staff very dedicated and motivated. The place is quite good for relaxation . I dont like some of the restaurants they are closed in some days.

Overall the staff and property are wonderful. The pools could be cleaned a bit more but we enjoyed the lagoon and paddle boarding. Food options were not great, portions were small and often the descriptions did not match the meals. I highly recommend use of the spa facilities as the treatments are relaxing and the staff is great. A bit more ease in transportation would be great, more shuttle time options. Overall recommend anyone to this resort.

It was an amazing experience at Plantation Bay and any feedback I have does not reflect a negative view but for awareness. The no tipping policy is great and even without it the service is top notch. Very impressive. The food options feel somewhat limited and I wouldn’t say I would stay for the food. The best aspect of the food was the morning buffet and there are so many options and a theme each day changes. I would have preferred to have some more casual options with lower price points but you do get quality food at a higher cost. There is not a microwave in the rooms so any left overs had to be heated up in the children’s play area.

Having stayed at all inclusive and or resort properties on 6 continents, I can say this was one of, if not the best. It is not all inclusive, and can be considered expensive for South East Asia, but it was well worth the price. It was less money per night than the Hilton Saigon Executive Lounge Floor, and offered more amenities. The staff are exceptional, and are the main reason I rTe this gorgeous proprty so high. Great rest and relation befor the long journey back to Boston. The spa was epic. Infrared sauna, steam, salt and fresh water hot and cool spa pools and amazing massage offerings. Leaving for my flight relaxed and pain free. Highly recommend Plantation Bay Resort & Spa.

10/10 resort, worth every penny! If you are after a 5-star luxurious resort with a world class hospitality, then you have come to the right place. Not the best beach, but the resort and the amenities and hospitality will make up for it. Will definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay experience. ABSOLUTELY beautiful place, many and diverse amenities and activities. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Amazing spa facilites. Only downside is that it is located away from Cebu City itself with it's airport and ferry terminals. That location adds 1 to 2 hours travel time (and costs) to those locations as well as other "day-trip" excursions off-property.

We love all the upgrades that the facility gave us. The spa experience was great, restaurants offered a variety of delicious dishes, staff are friendly, the facility is safe and welcoming. Overall experience was excellent.

This Resort sent a threatening email to me after i made the booking. Instead of thanking me for my pricey booking. Instead of appreciating my business they emailed me : ".....please cancel your booking and try another hotel...we will enforce our rules..." Ive never seen such arrogant, & communist-style greeting. They allow korean tourists to be noisy in dinning areas and outside in recreation areas meanwhile telling me to get off my phone. Their pricey meat patty came with no buns. They always serve food abscent of water like other resorts. Due to all these flaws this resort is far from a 5 star resort.

Resort was very clean, and the spa was amazing. We visited during the off season, so they seemed to be somewhat short staffed, and many amenities were closed. The lagoon and pools were great but there is very little beach access, and the beach is not the best for relaxing.

The layout of this property around their saltwater lagoons was excellent. The ability to slip into the lagoon and enjoy a swim from your own private deck was awesome. The evening view over the lagoons was delightful too. Every activity was easy to access (archery, shooting, billiards, bikes). Spa and massage services were excellent. Food selections at the various restaurants and room service was delicious. Every staff member was exceptionally polite and gracious to us. Will definitely return for future stays in Cebu.

This property is very well laid out around the central saltwater lagoons. Our room had a deck with stairs right into the lagoon for swimming and relaxing after hours. The "Shower Tower" was phenomenal. Probably the best you will ever experience in a resort or hotel. Restaurant and activity options were abundant and enjoyable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat on future trips. And will be returning for a 2nd stay later in the week.

Plantation Bay had always been a favorite getaway of mine. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are beautiful and peaceful. I love the fact that they always encourage family time and put down cell phones when possible. They also discourage noise so all guests can relax. I stay at this facility every year. Though pricy compared to other hotels, it is worth every penny. Always leaving this hotel wanting to come back. I didn’t want to leave. The lagoons and pools are large and beautiful. Open your door and step right into the water. This place is heaven to me. ♥️
