San Remigio Beach Club Sports and Leisure Resort

Foods are expensive. I left my lunchbox in the restaurant when we took our breakfast, when we looked for it they said it was not there.

No t.v in the room as per they say in room amenities

Un-serviceable genset. Non availability of ice for drinks/shakes. No body answering the phone-front desk/ resto. Garbage scattered. Sticky room floor. Scheduled breakfast 6-9 - started at 7am because they were still preparing the only two choices corned beef and ham plus egg. Creepy - less lights surroundings/sounds of tukko. Back door exit of our room - octopus water system tubes / eyesore. Seems no returning customer

The place is nice. Room is okay. Maybe they should consider putting a Wifi and changing their televisions into flat screen.

First of all, it took 10 minutes before we could enter the hotel since the gate was unmanned. Went to the reception area and the smell stinks. Checked in to find out we don't have a television nor WiFi on the room. The reception are has WiFi but was so slow my mobile data works faster. The room was not that clean, it smells musty and the washroom's bin and pail were so dirty. We ate at their restaurant and the food was okay at least. We wanted to look around the beach area near our room at night time, but we couldn't since all lights were turned off and stray dogs, around 6-7 of them were in the property. We checked out and returned the key and wasn't informed we need a gate pass so we had to go back and wait. Worst place I've ever been to. Staff weren't even friendly and approachable. Only one staff named Ann smiled. Won't recommend to anyone, will never ever go back.

The place was nice,I like the ambiance, but the food we tried to order mostly not available.

Lots of mosquitos even in our room and in the swimming pool area. Phone is not working, no dial tone.
