The place was great. Thanks to ate bella and ate nelly were very friendly and accommodating.. they always assisting us while going to the hotel.. they always think are safety and stay on their unit. Our stay was so perfect. Great WiFi connection and nice view. I wound highly recommend this one when you stay in Tagaytay. 😊😊😊

It was truly an amazing weekend for us. Bella, the owner was very helpful right from the start that we booked her unit up until the time we left. The interiors were very colorful and happy. The basic necessities that you need (from dishwashing liquid to pots and pans to towels) were available. The unit was spotlessly clean with an airfreshener that we love. We will surely be back.

The place is cozy and clean. Complete utensils and kitchenware for cooking (although don't know where to plug the microwave) don't have the best view of Taal if that's what you're looking, but still have a great staycation. Good for commuting. Ms. Bella and Ms. Malou are accommodating. Thank you so much.

The stay was expensive, you thought you were looking at the native but you didn't. sabagay 3rd floor lang xa. Staying hassle, every move you make has a fee or fine, I understand they don't want a pest. you need to clean. I'm not satisfied they dont provide even a disposable slipper, you need to buy, even your own toiletry. if you request for towel theres a payment, or even a rag i think. every movement there's a money involved. Thin and short towel provided. dirt of hair blower, rusting the veranda, rust also the chair leaving stain on the floor. I just enjoyed the Internet and netflix.

I really appreciate your feedback thank you so much takecare always GOD speed. If your not satisfied with us just kibdly check the other units from the start I informed you po abt our veranda its the property mgmt itself not us it takes time for them to re-paint hence I do hope you understand the situation there’ s a lot of tower not only us. Its pandemic so no disposable slippers either to protect each one of us my property unit is huge but the management of Wind allows only until 6pax. Thank you GOD bless
