Service was unfriendly at reception, multiple times. Initial room view was blocked by roof. Asked to be moved - was moved to a room the next day. Bathroom not clean. On the eplus side, rooms are big. Breakfast runs out of food - some of the options are a little strange ie cake and burgers.

While checking in, I was given bare minimum information about the hotel from the receptionist. No details of closed pool (found out later from a letter in my room) no information about facilitites etc. The most upsetting experience of check in was that the man who helped with my bags to my room then proceeded to ask if i was single several times, once in the room he asked if i wanted to go out on his bike later, when i declined he repeatedly asked why, he then asked if i wanted him to come to my room later that night. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and asked him to leave 3x saying this is really unprofessional and making me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel safe at all and slept with my suitcase against the door. I reported him to reception who just said, "sorry about that mam, we will report this" and nothing further, that I am aware of was done. I do not recommend female solo travellers to go to this hotel.

Great hotel - beautiful views and very nice rooms. Staff is professional yet we feel they are not as friendly as other places we have been in Philippines. The breakfast is of great concern as the staff is very lazy. They do not replenish the food even when it’s early before the cut off hour. You had to ask multiple times for them to bring stuff - even cups for the coffee. They don’t clean the tables so you see 2 people sitting at big tables. Just simply poorly managed and staff really need guidance or be replaced with experienced people. Now the pool bar was excellent- both service and the bar man was great and friendly- particularly Gerald . We would come back and hopefully they give a better training for the breakfast service.

Brand new hotel yet your aircon was already malfunctioning. Shower had no pressure at all. That was not a comfortable stay at all

I love love this place!! This hotel is amazing and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really big. My kids live the family room. They have so much space. Food is good for ala cart. Breakfast for me is ok bec they didnt have a variety of breakfast food its more like lunch at 7am. The pool is amazing, spa and game room is perfect for down time. My family and I really enjoyed this place and coron itself. I would definitely come back here again.

Beautiful place to stay!

My time at Zuri Resort was beyond my expectations from arrival to departure. I intended to stay longer but had to cut my trip short so I decided to go with the flow and the hotel staffs added me to two amazing tours over the weekend I stayed. The room was very clean, alot of space to move aorund and it haad just about everything a top hoteel would have. The room I was staying in there was construction for another Pool/bar but there was not much noise. All rooms have Ocean view but mine was at the far end with no pool/ocean view. Hope next time I visit, I will be able to get a better spot but was still happy to stay at Zuri. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

It is a very nice resort. What makes the resort stand out though is the amazing staff. Shout out to the staff there, especially the pool staff and bartender. Special attention to Gerald, who is amazing. My only concern was it can be slippery around the pool when wet. My friend took a tumble but is ok. There should be a sign warning for slippery nature. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and hope to come back

Beautiful, safe and clean resort. Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and was never bored. The hotel pool is very nice. The pool staff is very friendly. Big shout out to Val (pool bartender), he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a great time. We travel a lot and had great service but Val definitely stood out. He was very professional and welcoming. If you ever stay this resort make sure you ask for Val! You won't be disappointed! Another big shout out to Prissie at the Karaoke/Tapa room. This place is kind of hidden but is open until 1 am. She was amazing and very friendly as we sang all night long. Super happy with our stay at Zuri!

Property is nice and clean, pool just needs updating, very slippery, my daughter slipped and fell while walking from pool to the bar. Dining is limited because there's only 1 restaurant, no beach access, elevators don't have AC so hot when you go in.Not much activities in hotel... best to take tours. Very friendly staff.. hotel is far from airport and town proper and only means of transportation is by shuttle and tricycles.

The best hotel to stay in coron hands down. Their family room with loft beds is perfect buffet breakfast was delicious and pools around the property is nice to hang out in after a day of island hopping.

Das Wasser welches aus der Dusche kam hat nach Fäkalien gerochen. Auch das Wasser im Pool. 1 Woche vor unserer Anreise waren 6 Australier erkrankt im Hotel wegen Entamöba Bakterien. Meine Frau musste nach 3 Tagen Hotelaufenthalt ins Krankenhaus. Die Zimmer waren schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Für Europäer ist das Frühstück nicht geeignet, es ist auf Asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet.

We enjoyed our stay at Zuri resort! Staff were friendly and rooms are clean. Customer service was excellent as well. Wifi was intermittent though. We kept losing service in the room.
