The best value-price related hotel I ever been. The service was 6 stars if I can add the kindness of all staff. The equipment is 3 stars hotel rated but due to the quality of the materials and the lookout of them (feels like a XVIII century palace) it is more like a 4-5 stars hotel level.

It is a beautiful hotel with its decor and tiles. Everybody was super nice and friendly. Very good breakfast. Perfect location. We will certainly come back!

Lovely part of the city. We're glad we selected this hotel. Close enough to the city centre. More locals/few tourists.

This is a lovely small family run hotel. The style is old, but it has been nicely renovated and the rooms have all the modern comfort. It is very clean. The staff is extremely kind. The reception is open all night. You can leave your keys at the reception as in the good old days:) the breakfast is served in a nice bright room overlooking the square with the church. It is very generous always replenished even if you show up near the end. The Location is perfect! Very good value for money. I would stay there again.

Stayed here the weekend of the 14th April and can't say a negative thing about the hotel . First impressions were It's a lovely old building with fixtures and fittings in keeping with the period of the building and were of a high standard
Friendly and helpful staff, our room was attended every day. Found everything spotlessly clean.
Rato metro station was less than a 5 minute walk so easy transfer to and from the airport . We walked down into the main area's everyday. We could've used the metro or tram but it was a nice walk down.
Would definitely stay here again as it was excellent value for money.
