Some of the staff were questionable, we requested towels multiple times but were never given any. At the end of the trip €52 was taken from our deposit due to towels being “dirty”, the receptionist made us go back down to our room and pointed out any small bit of dirt on each of the towels which was unnecessary and quite humbling. On top of this you need to clean your own apartment on departure to its origanal condition….. not sure what the housekeepers are actually there for. We had to carry our bin bags full of rubbish to bins down the street. Aswell as all of this we even found a cockroach in the shower while I was showering we had to resort to a yellow croc to eventually terminate the cockroach which led us to use the w.c for the rest of the holiday🫣. There was also some tension caused by sharing one key between the four of us. We also had to witness a big group of men in speedos😔. Other than that the hotel was a positive experience. 😂

Stayed for 7 nights in august. bins weren’t emptied once the beds weren’t changed. We were told to carry all of our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. €50 of our deposit was not given back because they said we had stolen a towel which we had not. Staff are very rude. This place is not ideal for a group holiday as the staff constantly come to the door and say to keep the noise down. There is also no bringing anybody back to the hotel. We bought a floaty for the pool it got confiscated by staff and they would not return it. I went in august there was no bar or food in the complex. The rooms being spacious and the strip being close is about the only good thing I can say. I understand it is cheap but it really is not worth it.

Rooms are nice and big I was there for 3 days and no cleaners came in 2 the room 2 empty a bin r leave clean towels the pool area is not very clean and no astomphre certainly not for children the room has a bath but no bath plug when I asked for one was told they don't have any

Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean

Would not advise staying here if you want a quiet couples or family break. We stayed here 4 years ago and it was wonderful. Unfortunately this place has turned into the place that all drunken teenagers must visit and stay at whilst in Albufeira. The place was FULL of teenagers (we were the only adults staying). We used fat cats pool after the second day as the pool was taken over by the kids and was also in need of a good clean. Grubby pool area. Final night there were a group of lads above us absolutely plastered. One was screaming and singing and dragging furniture about. €200 euro deposit required on check in, no doubt because the people they let stay there smash the place up. Only positives are that apartments are huge and good location. Reception staff friendly.
