This hotel it's the combination of all, location, friendly staff, no stress environment, always clean, perfect lounge area to have a drink or food, parking, 5 minutes driving from closest shopping mall, bedrooms with good size. I'm staying in this hotel since 2018, always perfect and amazing staff. Thank you all.

The goods: breakfast and staff. Nice variety for the price you pay and the staff is kind and friendly. The bad: The room (at least our 232)... Holy God it was bad... We arrived at 1:30am, tired and the smell of the room was to run for it. It smelled like rot and mold. We were so tired that we just wanted to sleep. We opened the bed and the sheets were stained, simply gross. We slept on top of the blanket that at least looked clean. Photos speak for themselves. The bathroom was okay. Conclusion: It is cheap and we might have gotten a bad room, others might have a nice room. I recommend it only because of everything except the room but we won't return though...

I stayed at Ibis Lisboa Alfragide for 7 nights with my family. It’s a lovely little hotel in a quiet part of Lisbon. The rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was excellent and staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is a little far from the city centre but taxis/Ubers are cheap and easy to get so it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

A really nice place to stay if you need to stay a couple of night/near Lissabon with simple rooms that are comfortable to sleep in. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and breakfast is available everyday for a just a small price. The location is a short drive from the centre of the city, around 15 minutes by cab which isn’t a problem at all since the cabs are very cheap from the hotel to the city. Overall a pleasant experience!

Spent two nights in the hotel. It is quite far away from everything and there is just an industrial zone close by. Rooms were ok, but with low cleaning level. WiFi seemed to be working so and so. A/C did not work properly. I suggest to ask to get a room the furthest from the highway since it’s quite noisy.
