Quiet off the road, although was a primary route this was not heard in the rooms. The hotel has a pool, not used it but looked a good size. The room (junior suite) was an ok size, came with a balcony. The only part i would change was bathroom, the shower was in need of replacement, very worn away and although clean this was general use. Excellent breakfasts, great selection of food, fresh and warm

This is a corner of “Paradise” in a big town. Aside from Transylvania or the mountains in Romania, Caro Hotel makes you feel surrounded by nature, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay. I warmly recommend it to everyone to try. In addition to the nature, you will have access to facilities such as a gym and a swimming pool. You can enjoy the best cappuccino in the world in the reception area!

I've spent three night here, travelling for bussines and did like the hotel very much. It is a proper 4+ star hotel, with a unique architecture and all the facilities you need for both businesses and pleasure. The hotel location is also well positioned. I did not find any major minuses that are worth mentioning and in comparison with the pluses that the hotel offers they are insignificant. I highly recommended trying this hotel.

The staff is always friendly. There are great dining options for dinner. The breakfast is the best. I was able to enjoy the grounds more on this trip. The hammock area with after work cocktails was nice.

Excellent hotel. Small en-suite but had taken the cheapest single room option and hotel was perfect otherwise with some very modern features. Great restaurant also and very good service.

A little overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was nice but it wasn’t 23€ nice per person. Also they charged for parking as an addition that was $32 for several days. The hotel was nice and rooms were nice.

Arrived and given the wrong room, when we asked to change we were met with poor attitude from the staff. The new room we had to report a broke chair, plug sockets coming off the wall, the response was to move us again. We didn't want that but no one came to the room to sort those things. Pool was closed for maintenance, we didn't find that out until we asked where it was to use it. We went to go to one of the restaurants one evening to be told only one was open. No one came to clean/make beds replace coffee etc while we was out. Just poor service met with eye rolling from staff and no apology for anything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Caro in Bucharest and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The on-site fitness center and wellness facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, were an added bonus and perfect for unwinding. Hotel Caro's location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions like Herăstrău Park. Overall, my stay at Hotel Caro was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest for a memorable and relaxing experience.

I liked the hotel's surroundings, the feeling of being in nature inside a big city, so I stayed twice in a short time. The room could use improvements, such as glasses in the bathroom, tissues, and fixing the missing glass panel in the shower so that the water doesn't splash everywhere. Some restaurant staff were not friendly at all, others were pleasant. More customer service is required. Having said that, I would probably go back for location and peacefulness. Also enjoyed the sunny pool deck.

The hotel has two parts, an old an a new one. If you are unlucky as I was you are put in the old one. Fixtyres in the bathroom falling. Nice embrodery in old towels that you can see through. The room size was nice and the mattress hard but not bad, but the sheets and rhe duvet we too hot. Did not sleep well even thoufh it was silent.
